Working nearby, this location is a great option. I usually order online for pick up. I can't remember ever having to wait for my food to be ready. That is, until today. But then, I did arrive a good 10 minutes before the website told me it would be ready. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by at least 2 of the employees. There were 4-5 customers in line, and another couple waiting for their orders to be completed. I figured I would be in for a bit of a wait. The employee who was making the sandwiches asked my name. When I replied, he said he was working on it as we spoke. A few minutes later, as he was finishing up my and another customer's sandwiches, he handed me my drink cup to fill as I waited. Not more than a couple minutes later, he handed me my bag with sandwich and chips inside, good to go! I asked him for a couple sides of chipotle mayo which he gladly filled and brought back to me. Great service!! I took my food back to work and enjoyed a delicious sandwich with no hassle, handed to me right on time or even a few minutes prior to when the website told me it would be ready. Pretty disappointing experience. We placed our order online about 30 minutes ahead of time, specifically expecting it to be ready by the promised pickup time. When we arrived, our food still wasn't ready. The whole process seemed very disorganized. While we were waiting, we watched other customers who arrived after us get helped and receive their orders before ours. There didn't seem to be much communication or organization regarding the online orders. I understand that places can get busy, but if you offer online ordering with a specific pickup time, you should be able to reasonably have the order ready around that time. Waiting around after already ordering 30 minutes in advance was frustrating. Hopefully management can improve the organization and communication during busy periods. read more

This place even a year and a half ago would give you the best sandwiches with a lot of meat. They made the meat thick. I mean it was really good. I would specifically go back there for their sandwiches. Now sadly it's thin barely any meat and the prices went up. And for at least five years it smells like sewage by the soda machine. Starting off the employees are mostly new and under aged (being under aged isn't the problem) it's the fact they don't seem to put effort into the their job. During that time I realized what the process improvement need to be since the problem almost partly repeated itself: ¡Stop pushing down so hard on the subs when cutting them into 4! The food is standard Jersey Mike's, so no issues there, but they aren't very well organized. They switch back and forth between counter sales and online orders. They get a lot of online orders, so counter sales sometimes lags and you wind up waiting. They also will lose the order of who's where in line for the counter sales and will serve people out of order which is really annoying. The place is a little loud (its all of the hard surfaces, easier to clean, but it bounces sounds around pretty good). They need a second station for the online orders so as to not delay the counter customers. I've seen that setup used at a few of the other locations and it works a lot better. Its a convenient location, but sometimes parking can be a challenge. read more

If I could give zero stars I would I went July 10 @1:15 and the cashier was terrible and the people didn't know how to make sandwiches well. They were all new the restaurant was semi clean. They need to find good people and to keep them because these people are terrible especially the cashier. Paid for a drink didn't give it to me so I had to go back in and pay again. The manager at this restaurant is so rude. There was an issue with my order, it was made wrong. They added sracha and red pepper flakes idk why. All I wanted was for them to replace it and she just brought on all this serious anxiety telling me that no she can't do that but if anything she could get me a discount and that I have to pay for a new sandwich. That makes no sense, they made the entire order wrong, and I was just wanting it fixed. I came today and ordered a Regular, priced at $9, and noticed the size was almost half of what the Regular used to be. Did they mess up and give me a mini? I'm not sure, but it definitely seemed that way. I was in complete disbelief. Bottom Line: Jersey Mike's sandwiches have become smaller, and their prices have gone way up. For $9, you'll leave very hungry and unsatisfied. This was my only time to this location, and it's safe to say, I will not be back. We order this several times a month but today, they charged us 3.40 extra for each sandwich! The subs are expensive enough without the extra charge for cheese! I generally leave positive reviews, so when I provide a low rating, it's because I think it's subpar service. All other Jersey Mikes that I've been to are top notch, but this one just misses the mark on a more consistent basis. It's a problem that can be fixed, just needs better guidance to do so. Today, I called and placed a to-go order about 15 minutes prior to arriving to this location. Not to mention that I needed to repeatedly call for about 10 minutes to finally have someone pick up the phone... which was answered like I was doing the associate a disservice. This has been a past issue, as I have attempted to call while on the way, and then called when I'm in the store to see if the line is even working, only to hear the phone ring and no one picks it up. Anyway... The associate stated it should be ready in about 10 minutes. I arrived, there were about 5 people in line but not slammed by any means, my sandwich hadn't been made yet. I ended up waiting waiting about 12-15 minutes to get my order. By the time my order was made, the line was clear... it would have made no difference if I had just walked in and ordered. Ultimately, I was late for work by 10 minutes. There just is not any organization or sense of urgency here. I know food service can suck, I worked at in n out for years... talk about working at a fast pace. This issue can be fixed, and I hope it is, as this location happens to be on my work route so it's the best pick up option. read more

I have been to a lot Jersey Mikes locations throughout California and Oregon. This location was the worst experience. When we walked in, there was only one worker who was grilling meat and 3 workers in the back bringing out ingredients. One customer was in front of us and we waited 10 min before the customer in front of us finally ordered. When I ordered I asked to substitute bacon for salami on one sandwich and the worker said no, that is not a sandwich we have. Never had that issue ever at any other location. read more

I love jersey mikes. My most recent visit to this locations was terrible. The staff messed up my order at first, ok no problem.. things happen. Afterwards when ringing me up the kid at the register overcharged me by $18. Ok... he seems new. At this point all I want is my sandwich and to move on with my day. He fixes the problem. Now I'm waiting for my final sandwich and have to ask for it. They had forgotten about it and handed me a cold sandwich. I ask them to warm it up and they do. Coincidentally the owner walks in and I express my unhappiness. Rather than address the issue he just walks out. I speak to the manager and she was okay. The owner walks back in and I tell him how he should care more. He's goes on to tell me he was under the impression that I worked for a food delivery service. So... you mean to tell me that if I was working for a food delivery service I wouldn't be as important?? As an owner of a business myself I'd never treat anyone the way that man treated me. Our family was there today and had a horrible experience with the manager, Chanelle. We ordered to start, a large sandwich for my wife and I and after the sandwich was finished being made, the employee began to make the next sandwich for the person behind me without asking if I would like anything else. The manager, Chanelle stated that I 'should have spoken up' in a sarcastic and demeaning voice. My 8 year old son was upset for the way I was spoken to by the manager. She should be ashamed of herself for her actions and tone toward my family. I asked the manager for her full name and contact information for her superior and all she would give me was her first name and stated that I should go on-line if I wanted any further information. This is suppose to be a family oriented restaurant and am surprised they would have someone of this caliber acting as manager. I order catering orders sometimes for my work crew on Saturdays. This is the 2nd time in my last 3 attempts at this Jersey Mike location that they have called me after I ordered and have said they cant meet the time 1.5 hours out and need to push additional hour. I cancelled and switched to Woodland Hills location and it turns out they are also $25 less for the same exact order. Slightly less for the sandwiches and 30 cents less for each bag of chips. I gave 2 stars because they did call quick to let me know they could not meet time. I will be going directly to Woodland Hills store going forward. read more

I waited for a total of 40 min when I called ahead of time 20 min prior, to get my order prepared when needed. I just got out of a five day stay out of the hospital so this was something I was looking forward to as I could finally actually eat real food. I watched as seven men walked right in front of me and got their orders taken care of even though some did NOT order ahead and had it prepared in front of me. Usually these guys are super great but this time it was such a terrible experience for me. To allow MEN not gentlemen to pass in front of a 5 foot woman to get their orders first was just shocking to me. Men of all ages without manners and the staff not navigating the rush appropriately. No one asked if I had been helped until I had to make myself known which also was uncomfortable for me. If I am in dire need I will not stop here again, this will have to just be a possible treat for me, seeing as I don't know if I can count on a 30 min notice being enough time to get together a "regular gluten free #10 mikes way" in time. I just got done reading several reviews and I noticed that management only responds with thank you's to five star reviews. Seems to me to be ass backwards if you cared about customer service. If management was concerned about customer service they would respond to the bad reviews and offer a possible solution and not just ignore them. Just more proof that this location and management don't have a clue on how to keep their customers happy. If you make mistakes and they will happen then you should go out of your way to make things right. That's the definition of good service!
