Still even after 24 days after our recent visit we are even further amazed at how fast the worker who cooks the hot sandwiches does it. Did you guys hire some hibachi cheif or something? I watched this dude move around like his hands were on fire or something and even for how fast it was it was still as good as always. Well done read more

called ahead at lunch time had a young person answer who sounded as if he had never spoken on a telephone before had me wait while he searched for a pen again this was during lunch hours. I ordered #13 giant. That's it. I got there and before they knew what I ordered or my name they said it wasn't ready then someone said unless you called it in, I said I did and gave my name, she grabbed my bag then helped a woman behind me who proceeded to have issue after issue. Typical if you know the type so after being delayed on an order I placed 20 mins. ahead of arrival I had to cancel, leave and go without lunch because of incompetence and lack of professionalism. I'll go to a small business from now on and get better service. 1 star is the lowest available but too much for this location read more

I like Jersey mikes although portions for price is not so good,,but don't visit the Danbury location in Newtown plaza ,terrible service and rude ,and they put on less meat than the average store, stay away from this store ( go to Brookfield location much better ran, although portions are small for an 18,00 sandwich read more

We ordered through the app and picked up in store. Made it very convenient. The order was ready when we got there. Plenty of parking in front. Seating inside and outside. I love how it's made fresh in front of you with good ingredients. I got the #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak. Really delicious and still warm when I got home. Another good Jersey Mike's experience. read more

I went here for lunch yesterday and saw a young mom holding an impatient toddler trying to pay for her meal with a gift card. After the gift card didn't work despite many attempts, the customer apologized, and said she would go to her car with her kid to look for another form of payment. However, she appeared ready to leave without the food instead of returning to pay for the meal. When the manager realized what happened, he said, "we should have just given it to her," grabbed a bag, threw the order in it, and chased the family to the car to give them the order for free in the middle of a busy lunch hour. I had an amazing sandwich for lunch and great service, but more so wanted to shine a light on the good business/kindness I saw in the process. It makes me want to return all the more to support this business. Such a great team/management they have here. read more

Always go when Bella works. She always makes a perfect Roast Beef #6 no chesse. She is always friendly.

Friendliest staff ever! Always going above and beyond for the customer. My favorite jersey Mike's location in the area.

Just stopped at the Jersey Mike's sandwich shop in Brookfield, CT. First, the manager heard Danielle and I talking about a bag of the Flammin Hot Doritos. Without hesitating he asked us to open up the chips and try them -- on him. He made sure we were not charged. And then, Danielle and I were really moved. A young lady came in asking for a job, saying she had food and counter experience, the same gentleman had her fill out and application and then bought the young lady lunch. If that's not leadership and integrity I'm not sure what is. Right on to Anthony from Jersey Mike's in Brookfield. Can never be certain, but everyone working here looks pretty content at the moment. Message to America: Treating people well is good for buiness. read more

It's the best sub in Danbury and Brookfield! Everyone should try the turkey chipotle sandwich read more

Anthony and his staff are good people and they work hard to make everyone happy here. Thats why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Otherwise, for whatever reason, there always seems to be some construction worker type trying to redeem 4 coupons for a free meal while an earnest employee stands there humorously confused trying to accommodate the bargains. Meanwhile we all stand there and...wait, and wait some more until Anthony steps in to figure it out. There are more than 5 people behind the counter all looking at the cashier trying to figure it out and a dozen people waiting for sandwiches ....kind of sucks if you don't have 20 mins to wait in line watching all this and for them to figure it out. read more

If you go during busy times then it's going to take min but more the most part the sandwiches are on point.

Without hesitation, the JM location in Brookfield CT is the best in Connecticut hands down. I travel for work all over the state and the other locations need to learn a few things or two from Anthony the General Manager. Great service, quality sandwiches and very clean store!! read more

Been going to Jersey Mikes since I was 7 at the Pt Pleasant original...going weekly growing up and living in Manasquan and then the Wall Township JM's owned by a classmate of mine till I was 26 then moved down south. Came to CT in 2004 and found the JM's in Branford and loved it but was not in town too much to get there living in Newtown. So so so glad my favorite joint opened in Brookfield and the employees here are always awesome!!! Sure wish CT would figure out Pork Roll and start selling pork roll egg'n cheese along with sausage and steak egg'n cheese breakfast sandwiches....especially on Sat and Sun morning?!?! (Hint-Hint) You're missing out on some revenue Jmo. You want a great sub....not "hoagie" or "hero"....you go to the BEST....and that's Jersey Mikes!!!! read more

Went here a few weeks ago. Got two, regular, Italian combo subs. Was not worth the hype. 20 for two small sandwiches. Don't get me wrong, they were very tasty, but certainly not worth the cost. Will not be coming back. Also service was not to great. Both sandwiches came with wrong toppings even as we told the employee right as he was making them. read more

It's the only place I'd get a sub at around here. SO much better than other delis and subway.. Only problem is that they sometimes put WAY too much oil and vinegar on the subs. read more

Like Subway, etc but more expensive - sandwiches are better though. Meats are sliced fresh in front of you which is more than most places can say. I always liked the #6 when I lived by the one in Branford. Brookfield doesn't disappoint either...now if we could get one in/around Naugatuck it'd be DELIGHTFUL. read more

Always good a good meal here. Lots of interesting sandwiches and options. Very clean. A little more expensive than other places, but subs are really good. Staff has always been pleasant! read more

I went in recently as I was waiting for some watch batteries to be installed next door at Interstate Battery. I had never been in a Jersey Mike's before. I decided to try out a Tuna sandwich. Just lettuce and tomatoes on top. Quite good. Have returned three times since, and consistently find it to be well-staffed behind the counter, resulting in a very quick transaction time. Also, in terms of consistency, I have ordered the exact same thing each time, and was quite pleased each time. I attempt to eat in a very healthy fashion, and the Tuna here is not loaded with salt and/or mayonnaise. Quite different from what I have experienced from grocery store purchases. Again, very pleased. read more

Food is 5 star. This is for the workers. Another classic day where I go in and one of the girls at the register rolls her eyes at me because I brought in a coupon and she was ringing it up incorrectly. The manager at this location is awesome but for some reason the girls they are hiring have no care for customer service or this is their first time at it and they talk to you like they would their friends. Will continue to pick up food here with attempts at having very little contact. read more

All sandwiches are made to order. All the ingredients are fresh. The cold cuts are real and dont taste weird like another sub shop. The chipotle cheese steak is always yummy. The part I like best is the store is always clean the tables are cleaned off as customers leave. read more

Not a good example of a great franchise. Back to the winning formula is what they need.

Best Jersey Mike's around! I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been to five different Jersey Mike's and this is the best one with the freshest bread and ingredients. I go here all the time and never have any problems. The staff is always very friendly. I've only tried four different subs but my favorite, that I get every time, is the regular Club Sub #8 Mike's way with cherry pepper relish. Such a huge sandwich that is guaranteed to fill you up. Best deli around. read more

I live much closer to the Jersey Mikes in New Milford but I go out of my way to get my sandwich from the Brookfield location instead. The staff is so friendly and greets you right as you walk through the door. The service is quick, friendly, and the store is always very clean. Love jersey mikes because of this store! I just left a review for the New Milford location so it's only fair I do Brookfield too. Keep up the good work! read more

I've come here for many sandwiches and most have been adequate. However, tonight was very different. Tonight I ordered a philly cheese steak and it was good. My only concern is I FOUND A VERY LONG HAIR IN MY SANDWICH THAT WAS COOKED IN THERE. Yes, my mouth touched someone else's hair. So if anyone from the Jersey Mike's corporate reads Yelp reviews. There was a disgusting hair in the sandwich. Wear your hair nets! This is in the Brookfield, CT Jersey Mike's on a Federal RD. read more

If everyone approached their job like the staff at this Jersey Mike's, the world would be a better place. The subs were fine, but that's not really the point. Before even eating, my friends and I were all smiles because of the wonderful service we received. The staff at Mama Zu's (see previous review) could learn a thing or two. read more

Had a wonderful experience at the Brookfield store. Was waited on by Justin very friendly and personable. The service is excellent.

My boyfriend lives just down the street from this Jersey Mike's and we were excited for it to open. We were there within days of the grand opening and they were PACKED! But even though they were crazy busy, we didn't have to wait too long to get our subs and Brian, the owner, even stopped by our table to say hello and chat with us for a few moments. The food is great! We've been in several times and have both tried a bunch of the sandwiches and have loved each and every one. My favorite is the #8 Sub Club (Jersey Mike's way, of couse) and I'm loving the option of a "Sub in a Tub" so that I can save a few calories and carbs and have it like a salad. AWESOME! Though, the sub rolls they use are really delicious, so it can be a tough choice! I also like that Jersey Mike's as a company, is so philanthropic. The company donates to many different causes including Food Banks, Cancer Research and Veterans organizations. Brian, the owner of this franchise, seem fully committed to this company philosphy and told us that he has lots of plans to give back to the community that supports his business. Gotta love that. Don't forget to sign up for a Shore Points Card (the rewards program) to earn points towards free subs. PS - Parking there is great because it's a really big, new lot and there is a traffic light at the entrance for easy in and out. read more

The classic philly steak sub I got was pretty bad. I don't know what kind of cheese they used but it tasted kind of yucky and there was too much of it. Bought a turkey sub also. Not sure why I got two. Couldn't make up my mind? I won't eat the turkey until tomorrow so I don't know how it's going to be. People are nice, service is ok but that cheese steak sub was just not good. I had been hiking in the area and just googled for a deli. I didn't even realize it is a chain. I don't ordinarily eat at chain restaurants. I assume they all use the same kind of cheese? Won't try them again. Bleh. The only difference between Subway and this place is the price. This place is more expensive. And I've gotten philly cheese steak subs at Subway's that were a lot better than this one. read more

Everyones so nice, its clean, and well ran. Best jersey mike. The workers are kind and made sure my whole order was correct. And they nailed it read more

This place has such tasty subs! It was my first time going here after hearing really good things from so many people. I was not disappointed! The shop is very clean and the staff are quite friendly. I work at Best Buy and the owner once stopped in and gave me a card for a free sandwich. I returned his generous gift by buying one and getting one. B/c my experience was so good I'm definitely going to be coming back over and over. This place is SO MUCH better than Subway. Subway is garbage compared to Jersey Mikes. I got a Chicken Parm from Jerseys that tasted just about as good as I have had it at any other sandwich shop. It was very tasty and piping hot too! Next time I'm going to ask for the bread to be toasted. They didn't ask me if I wanted the bread toasted but that's how I like it. Hopefully they'll do it too if I ask. The Philly is stupendous however! Very cheesey and extremely delicious. I've never had a cheesesteak that tastes so good!! Granted I have never had an authentic one in Philly w/ the Cheese Whiz but I'll have to try that one day and compare it to Jerseys. I'm going to eat too many cheesesteaks on my 30 minute break at Best Buy now :) I'm so happy that I tried this place. I'm going to go back tomorrow and the next day and the next day. I also saw that this Business is holding an event where 100% of profits will go to charity! Wow! What a beautiful thing to do! Any place that does these types of thing can take my money. It makes me want to dine often. I really like to go to places where I know the owners are good people. I don't know the owner personally but I can definitely say that he cares about his community and his customers. That's the #1 thing I care about as a customer. I am more than happy to give this place my continued business. Thanks!!! read more

GO HERE FOOD IS GREAT!!!!! So happy I found this place had the chipolte chicken philly was so yummy! Also have tryed the club sandwich with everything on it very fresh and good. They cut the meat right there and place is very clean. Will be going back soon! About $7.50 for a reg sub read more

So I have been here like 3 times and my first experience was not great. I asked for no peppers on my sandwich and the cook forgot probably because he was too busy making a employees meal and it was more important? I went back today and got the same sandwich but in a wrap and when I opened it there was grease everywhere. I called to let them to let them know and the person I spoke with said "that's because you got it in a wrap and you had chipotle mayo on it". He was happy to give me a free sandwich the next time I came in but I wasn't calling for a free sandwich. The wrapper was so greasy you could see through it and I didn't even taste the chipotle in the wrap at all. I'm sorry but I think I'm done with Jersey Mike's. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the employees were super friendly and nice, too bad. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Brookfield, Connecticut

It's only been open a few weeks but I've been like 3 times. Great subs. I was there the day after it opened: The place was off-the-wall crazy and the employees didn't know what the hell was going on. I think I got two subs for a dollar. Despite the chaos, everything was delicious. Whatever you get, make sure you add bacon. That's my tip for you, my friend. Don't forget the complimentary valet parking! read more

Very poor service at this location. 36 minute wait for pickup. Staff had an attitude. Just kept saying they were very busy.

Jersey Mike's Subs - If heaven makes roast beef sandwiches, they taste like a #6 Mikes Way! Your life is incomplete until you try one in Brookfield! - Fast Food Near Me - Brookfield, Connecticut

I stopped by Jersey Mike's in Brookfield and was happy to see tables and umbrellas set up outside. Although it was 95 out, the umbrellas provided nice shade. I really enjoy all the familiar employee faces at this location. I was happy to see social distancing and wearing of masks was in place which put me at ease. For me, there is no greater place in the danbury area to have a made to order fresh sandwich every time. My order was taken quickly and I was off to enjoy my #8 at a table outside. If you've never tried them, try it soon. Great job Brookfield Jersey Mike's! See you in soon! read more

i made a mistake an ordered online, but at the wrong location. 100% my error. it was how it was handled when i went in to pick it up by the "old man"!! rude doesn't even justify how he answered me. and the way he made the girl who was trying to help me feel. instead. of nicely asking her to finish with the other customer so he could help me, he was as rude to her. instead of helping by offering to make my sandwiches, he said "you want us to call ridgefield & cancel your order!!! not in a nice pleasant way either. so i called ridgefield myself, dan could not have been nicer, and so helpful. thank you. brookfield will never have my business again. i know everyone is under stress, but guess what so am i, and i tried to give you some business. thanks i saved $25.00 read more

I honestly didn't realize this place was even built in the area until one of my friends mentioned it before a late night food run. Tempted and curious, I joined in to give it a shot. Located across the Costco parking lot and the Brookfield branch of Union Savings Bank, Jersey Mike's might be difficult to see while driving up Federal Road. I know during the most recent trip I made there I almost missed the entrance to the plaza, but even if you do, turning around isn't that big of a deal. The restaurant is fairly open with plenty of seats to accommodate customers. The menu hangs over the deli counter and is kept pretty simple, it is a deli after all, but I'm not complaining, that's really how it should be. Jersey Mike's splits the types of subs they have to offer between hot and cold sandwiches, both with a number of favorites. I've been there on multiple occasions, so I've been able to taste both sides, very satisfied mind you. I mentioned the deli counter, yes they have one. All of the cold cuts are sliced fresh in front of you, so you don't have to question how long the pre-cut cold cuts have been sitting out in the open as if you were at a Subway. The portions of meat are pretty generous too. I guess what sets Jersey Mike's apart from most other commercial sandwich shops is the way they dress up your sub. They load, and I mean load up your sandwich with toppings. I've also never seen so much oil and vinegar doused on a sub before, but Jersey Mike's will definitely show you how it's done. Regardless of how that might sound a little unappetizing, I assure you it's incredibly delicious. The bread they use is also perfect, even after being drenched with oil and vinegar. I recommend the Super Sub with all of the toppings or the Grilled Pastrami Reuben as is. If you're around the area, try Jersey Mike's out, it has my vote. read more

Finally a sub place that makes subs that I had as a child growing up in Jersey! I don't live in NJ anymore and any deli around here just isn't the same. Jersey Mike's makes the best subs! #13 is the best! Everything was so fresh. They cut the deli meat right in front of you. The veggies are ripe and fresh. Bread is baked daily right there. Very happy with this location in Brookfield right across from Costco. Place is new and very clean. They moved the line quick and efficiently. Will be eating here again! read more
