I am in a Jersey Mike's almost every other week. They are always quick with my sandwich no matter if I have ordered online or in-store. Watching it get carefully crafted fresh in front of me is just one more way that they provide such great service! Always good! If not... you ordered the wrong sandwich! Service is very sloooow. There were 4 people working on the front line, and 2-3 on the back grill... with a couple others helping out where they could. Plenty of people but again, they couldn't move people fast enough, and we waited over 10 minutes for a hot sandwich. We stopped in for a quick sandwich as we had eaten Jersey Mike's several times in airports (which have lightening speed service). The biggest issue was the lettuce and tomatoes though. They brought out fresh lettuce... and scraped the browning wilted lettuce from the bottom of the pan to put on top of the fresh lettuce. (see the picture, GROSS!) Then the mix of lettuce with the tomatoes should have been cleaned up. You can't mix the two items and other sandwich shops don't have this issue. I would not eat at Jersey Mikes in Blue Springs on Coronado anymore. I have been eating there since their doors opened. I ate there a lot. At one point no one working there could believe how many rewards points I had from eating there many times a week. No more after today. It is my understanding that the business has new owners. I recognize none of the crew inside. Today I placed an order on the App for 4 sandwiches. The order was not accurate. 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong but the worst part is 2 of the 4 subs had hair in it. We threw everything away. We didn't even check the other two. One big ball of hair looked like something from the sink drain. Half the order had hair in it. That's just the half we checked. Disgusting. The last one with the longer hair was in the lettuce. The ball of hair was in the mushrooms. No one there was wearing hair nets. read more

The service was great! Young people working. It just happened to be 89 degrees in the restaurant!! The air obviously was not working. I felt so badly for the workers! They did their job with a smile. This is a top notch original sub shop, they don't mutilate your bread like other shops and make it fresh, cut the meat fresh slice the fresh bread. The crew engages each customer, they want to make your sammich your way, not according to their guidelines. we ordered the gluten free giant , when they brought out the sub it was not the same as the regular bread giant in fact half the size. for 16.00 we decided against it and left. 1. we really appreciate the allergen menu online 2. we really appreciate the choices in milk and dairy and gluten free options it was just too much for one sandwich and we know they have to make money but you can get them very inexpensive at the grocery store they need to find a way to reduce that price and make a better profit. read more

I was a frequent customer. Back on 11/13/20 I ordered 4 sandwiches to go from their app. 3 of the 4 sandwiches were grossly incorrect. So much so that I threw mine away. I messaged the store and filled out a complaint form. No one bothered answering. Corporate asked me to dm the store. Still no response. One last try, I emailed corporate again. Their response was that it's a franchise and they forwarded it to the store. Still no response. To say I'm highly disappointed at the lack of customer service is a great understatement. We will not be back until someone addresses the issue. I don't like spending over $30 on sandwiches to have them so incorrect they're inedible. I've always heard good things about Jersey Mike's so I decided to try it tonight. I didn't even get the opportunity to eat. Your store in Blue Springs, Missouri has one person. (Who May possibly be the owner. An older man with glasses.) that gave me piss poor service. I simply ordered a chicken Philly and patiently waited. Once I witnessed several Phillies go out before mine. From people that were in line long after me. I asked the kid at the register if my order had been forgotten. That's when the old man with glasses began lying. For some odd reason he couldn't admit that my order had been accidentally skipped. It's really no problem I understand that theses things happen but to lie when I was standing there watching them cook other orders is mind blowing? How big does he think that little sandwich shop is? I asked for a refund and he angrily did so while shaking his head and continually lying in the process. Truly a sad representation of management. A lot of people thing sub shops all taste the same but I'm pretty picky. I've heard a lot about them from being in the NE so very excited they're in KC (more importantly Blue Springs). I got the buffalo chicken wrap which was incredible. I always order this when I go somewhere but can rarely stand the heat. I'll start sweating and usually get kicked out because my red face and profuse sweating scares other customers. Not here! Perfect flavor without uncontrollable heat. The store is new so nice and clean. Employees were nice and attentive. Training was going on so everyone was on their best behavior. No complaints. Only thing I could even think of I would change is the straws. I hate straws that bend so easily! Definitely recommend everyone to go eat here! read more

Sunday, 2/26 for a late lunch. This was my first Jersey Mike's experience. I was pleased to see they slice their deli meat per order. Not like some sub shops that have stacks of pre-sliced meat sitting in the counter level coolers. I had a regular size #13, which is an Italian style sub. The regular seemed a little large than a tradition 6" sandwich. I ended up eating half for lunch and saved half for later. The only thing I would change on my next visit, there will be another visit, is to order what they call a mini size. This appears to be more along the lines of a single serving size. This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike's in Blue Springs. It is a new location and just opened recently. My son had the Philly steak sub and I had the Turkey and Provolone sub. On the Turkey I had it dressed the "Mike Way". This completely made the sandwich!! This was one of the best sub sandwiches I have ever had. The staff is extremely rude at this location. I have come in monthly for the past year to try the food. I have a gluten allergy. Every time I have come in to the store the gluten free bread is never available. When I inquire as to why it's never available I have been called names by staff and told to leave. I was not rude, I was simply asking why a food item that is supposedly a menu option is never available for purchase. There is absolutely no reason for staff to be rude to a customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION DUE TO RUDENESS OF STAFF EVERY TIME I'VE COME IN. This is absolutely unacceptable for any establishment to treat customers in this way. read more
