Was so excited to try Tim Horton's as the first in the KC area! Decided to dine in as I wanted the experience. They were fairly busy for the lunch hour during the week. I noticed the staff seemed as if they were still fine tuning but I feel that is sometimes to be expected in the first few weeks of a new open. The food was great actually. I had a very yummy and sugary blueberry sour cream donut, an egg, sausage, and cheese croissant sandwich, and the vanilla oatmilk latte. I enjoyed all of them as they were highly flavorful and had great texture. I'm always patient while restaurants work out kinks and you should be too! Mr. G. and I went to the opening day for the 1st Tim Hortons in the Kansas City area. So glad we did. You can get breakfast sandwiches all day. The bacon, egg, cheese breakfast burritos was excellent, especially with the Avocado. The old fashioned donuts are the best I have had in a long time. Not greasy, and they have nutmeg in the batter. I would go back just for this donut!! I had an iced cinnamon sugar latte made with oatmilk and an extra shot of espresso. It was perfect. What I really like about this experience at Tim Hortons was the freshness of the food, and cost in comparison to the competition. We used the drive thru and will go back to use the lobby. I've traveled to all 10 Canadian provinces plus the Yukon Territory and I've never stepped foot into a Tim Hortons until this weekend. It's the same reason that I normally don't go to Starbucks or Dunkin, I try to support local and it's always more fun and unique to visit a mom & pop establishment. There are exceptions such as the new H Tea O chain that recently came to the metro, they are offering something unique and providing exceptionally good customer service. I can't say the same for Tim Hortons. It was just a coffee / donut chain with a hockey player mural on the wall. I'm not sure what all the hype was for them opening here and they are planning more. My iced matcha was fine and and the "Timbits" donut holes were blah. Find yourself a local joint and keep the $ in the neighborhood. I'll find other ways to support our friends to the north by having a LaBatts now and then with some maple syrup and poutine. read more

We used to live in WNY we were so excited to find a Tim Horton's, a staple of WNY and Canada in the Midwest. And in all places in Blue Springs MO. They have been open for apparently 2 weeks from what I hear. The drive thru line was super long to even get in to the parking lot. As you walk in the layout is pretty evident that this looks like a trial place. I think they are testing it to see if they will make it. They must feel pretty confident that they will as they are opening their second location soon. The place was pretty packed with people and unfortunately flys. The selection was pretty meager. With the amount of people that are here on a Saturday I could see if you felt some kind of apprehension that they would run out of baked goods. The service was pretty slow. One definitely did not feel welcome. One of the best things about Tim Hortons especially in WNY is the warm environment you feel when you come in. I love that you could get your coffee in a coffee mug. The seats in this place are hard. Just the vibe is not the same. There was no structure in the line nor in the mobile ordering. Very slow service. I realize they are new and I sincerely hope they thrive. They have a great product. I think I will wait to return. read more

My husband has been dying for us to go here since it opened. He has been to Canada and said he loved going to Tim Horton's for breakfast and coffee. I got the strawberry cheesecake muffin and it was HEAVENLY! It tasted so fresh and had creamy cream cheese in the center and the strawberry flavor was not overpowering. I tried my husband's apple fritter and it was very cinnamony and gooey! For drinks, I got the strawberry watermelon kiwi refresher. For the hot day, it did the trick on refreshing. My husband bought two chai lattes, one for himself and the other for my mother. They both enjoyed them! This place could give Starbucks a run for its money. The staff was very friendly!!! read more

Wouldn't go here again. Ordered and with only one car in front of me it took almost an hour to get two drinks. Not only was it a waste of time because the drinks weren't that great, they waited 30 mins after we paid at the window to tell us that the drink I ordered wasn't available. As 2 Canadians living in the US, we were so excited to come to Tim Hortons. This is one of cleanest and friendliest store that we have been in the US. Service was fantastic and everyone was so kind. The coffee was amazing as were the donuts and Timbits. I hope that everyone comes to visit this store and enjoy a little piece of our home. Thank you for making our day. Wow! We walked in the door and were happily greeted by the two counter employees. We ordered the super cute Halloween bucket and two Reeces ice caps. Everything was delicious. The Tim bits were fresh and soft, the drinks literally looked as good as they do on the app. Everything was yummy. The bathrooms and the eating areas were clean, too! All around solid experience. Not it! This was our first time at a Tim Horton's, I received a gift card for my birthday, thankfully I didn't spend my own money on this awful experience. We ordered a beef sausage biscuit with cheese and -no egg and a sausage, egg and cheese croissant along with half a dozen donuts. What did we get? A croissant with egg only and a sausage and egg biscuit along with the donuts but again how do you mess those up. Our household will most certainly not return to this place. Food is great. Everything else is always messed up. They always mess up our order. They're always sold out of the most important things. They're repeating out of COFFEE (it's a coffee shop). They are out of food all the time as well. I get it if you sell out but that means you order more stock. They've been open for a month and haven't gotten any better.
