I've only had Jersey Mike's a handful of times, but every time is solid. On this most recent visit, I grabbed a #26 bacon ranch chicken cheese steak sandwich. I do appreciate the large size of their subs. The service is always good. My little brother previously worked at this location during one of his summers back from college, which always gives me a proud big brother moment every time I drive by this location. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews and I love Jersey mikes but this location was terrible and now I'll never be back. I was at work and my GF put in a curbside order and was waiting for 15mins after the time it was said to be done. At that point she came and got me because I needed to take my lunch. I go back with her and explain the wait and they say "oh sorry our system has been slow it's offline". If it's offline that means shut down. If that's the case your customers shouldn't be able to put in curbside orders. They give me my order. No offer of a gift card or anything given the fact my sandwich has been sitting out for over 35minutes. Now we open the sandwiches and they are soggy. Terrible customer service. Food quality was worse than I've had at any other Jersey mikes(Stockdale and Coffee is the best location in the city btw) and again after a wait like that you should've offered a little $10 gift card or offered to remake the sandwiches. Like I said worst location in town. Won't be back and I don't recommend anyone else to go because hey if you put in a curbside order and you've waited 20mins hmmm MAYBE you should go check on the cars parked in your pick up spot and say "Hey our system is down is your order for John Doe? Ok apologies for the wait!" Again I truly don't like giving bad reviews but this location was terrible. 0/5 stars if I could. read more

I love this place. I don't really get sick of it. I always get the California club (which is no longer listed on the menu for some reason, but they can still make it). It includes turkey and avocado and optional bacon. I would recommend adding the bacon. Maybe a place like this is going through various employees a lot or something. There are often mistakes. They have gluten free subs in any size! That's enough to make me a fan. They have great sandwiches- less options than subway but much better tasting and better quality. The only thing I don't like is when you pay it asks how much you want to tip. I think it gives a choice of like 15%, 20% or 25%, or custom. In full service restaurants I always tip a minimum of 20%. Stopped in on a Friday night on our way back to the opposite side of Bako after my son's baseball game at nearby Aera Park. We don't have a Jersey Mike's in the NE, so I decided to bring the family along. I ordered a Chipotle Philly Cheesesteak, my wife ordered a grilled Italian, and my kids got the kids meals. The kids weren't impressed with the amount of meat served on their sandwiches (they're 10&9), but thought they tasted good. I was charged extra for a cookie that was placed next to the chips because my daughter grabbed it thinking it was a cookie included with the kids meal, however, it turned out to be a regular cookie. $2 mistake. Overall the taste of sandwich was above average, and the service was okay. The manager on duty came out at closing time to let us know that she would be closing the restaurant (it was 2 min past 9:00 closing time), but we could stay longer while they cleaned up. We stayed about a few minutes more and left. Overall, a pretty good experience, however, $28 out the door for 2 adults and 2 children. read more

Phone manners are excellent. Staff is friendly and and efficient. The issues that keep me from returning...the combo is no deal whatsoever (the prices of the drink and chips are high). Another concern is that they lay the paper that the order is printed/written on, ON TOP of the actual sandwich. Entirely gross. I wish these weren't standard charges and practices. Ordered a wrap trying to eliminate some of the bread in my diet and it did not last 2 minutes after being made before it fell apart. Complete, soggy mess. However today my husband stopped on his way home from a meeting, ordered a salad bowl, he wanted to eat it there and noticed his salad bowl didn't come with utensils. Loooooveeee this place, honestly my favorite sandwich shop in town! I only get 1 sandwich from here but boy is it an amazing sandwich. The California Club, Turkey, avocado, bacon, provolone cheese and the usual fixings that come in a sandwich. I'm used to having such good service at this location. It is very clean and the staff is very nice and professional. However, this is the second time I've ordered a sub and it's been a soggy mess by the time I get it back to work and eat it. This is particularly on the tuna fish sandwich. I work 5 minutes away from this location but by the time I sit down to eat the bread is completely soaked through to what I think is poorly drained tuna and maybe too much oil and vinegar. Okay, Jersey Mike's is really just another sub sandwich chain. It's a good one, but not really appreciably different from any other. Restaurant chains have become interchangeable with one another. The only really distinguishing difference they can have is their customer service, and that's what this store's 1st shift has in spades. To cut a long review a little shorter, our chicken philly on rosemary-Parmesan roll was very good! We ordered it while I was wearing my favorite Star Wars Darth Vader t-shirt which was a big hit with the employees, especially one named Angel. But what made it better was that the sandwich was "presented" to us by Angel, with both hands as if on a silver platter, while the theme from Star Wars played in the background! Made my day! I'm still talking about it! People I talk to think it's fantastic! Yes, the chicken philly was very good, but its presentation was stellar! Good job! read more

First off let me say the sandwiches are amazing. I am disappointed of what I saw today. I went into the ming store around 7:30 and 2 women were being helped without mask. I was surprised to see the employees helping them since the sign on the door clearly states "no mask no service. " I asked the young blond employee who helping me about the sign. She stated "Oh my boss just posted that up there; we aren't suppose to tell the customer they need to wear a mask." I said: really but it says no mask no service. She added "I don't believe that! 2nd horrible encounter with a young hispanic female employee with a braid in her hair. Seemed extremely bothered by having to do her job and made me feel so uncomfortable. Mentioned her behavior to the friendly cashier and she just giggled like "yeah I know". Management please look into this employee. The workers were a level below friendly. Also, the country music was blaring a little too loud and the TVS were showing Fox News with Bill O'Reilly.
