    LIFE THREATENING INCIDENT. DO NO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I am writing a review regarding a life-threatening experience I had due to the negligent services provided by Jerry's Toyota in Baltimore, Maryland on November 18th and 19th. On November 18th, I had intermediate maintenance completed on my car. The work was completed on November 19th and I retrieved my car that day. On Friday, November 21st, while driving my car on 95 north, my car began to vibrate, the steering light turned on, and the left front wheel broke off the axel of my car. I immediately pulled over and stopped my car on the shoulder of the highway. My car was towed to the nearest Toyota dealership. Upon my car's arrival to the dealership, it was found that my vehicle had sustained extensive damage, including but not limited to - a broken control arm, hub and bearing, broken discs, brakes, wheel, lug nuts and other extensive repairs as well as the wheels needing to be realigned. The assessing mechanic determined that the lug nuts had not been properly tightened when my tires were rotated at Jerry's Toyota. Given that my car's tires were recently rotated at Jerry's Toyota, in addition to other services related to the steering and operation of my car, it is clear that this accident is related to services provided at Jerry's Toyota. If there were any safety issues related to my steering or operation of my car when it was serviced, I should have been notified so these repairs could be made and harm to my vehicle prevented. The dealership's negligence endangered my life and the lives of other drivers. I insist that I be fully compensated for all damages incurred to my car from this incident. Jerry's Toyota is accepting no responsibility and claiming that the car was poorly maintained before they saw it. Reasonable questions that I posed to them, such as, "In what way was my car poorly maintained?" and "What issues did it have before you saw it?" have been met with silence. They claim that their attorney will be reaching out to me, and they have not. When asked for the attorney's contact information, it was not provided. I called the dealership's general manager on his cell and at the business office and it went straight to voicemail. I regularly get my car serviced at this dealership and have been a loyal customer for years. Since December 2024, I have had my car serviced consistently every 6 months. When the mechanic at the shop my car was towed to finished the repairs, he confirmed that other than the damage from incident, my car appeared to be well maintained and functioned normally. Claiming that my car is poorly maintained is incorrect. The lack of customer service, communication, and care regarding this serious situation has been appalling. I am submitting reviews and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. I am going to continue to escalate this situation until it is resolved. Do yourself a favor and do not trust this establishment with the care of your vehicle, or your life.

    BUYER BEWARE!! FRAUD Salesman Joe, general manager et al are refusing culpability for falsifying my income in order to approve me. Multiplied my income by 350% and did so after I self reported, and then had me docu sign a fraudulent document without my knowledge. I found this out and immediately started pursuing return once I discovered it. Offering me 8k penalty to do so. They have been made well aware of my desire to get rid of the car since day 3 of purchase but accuse me of it just being "buyers remorse". Also stated no sales tax on ANY LEASE but it's only for Maryland registrants. Currently working on a dealer issue report with Toyota finance and next step MD Attorney General and BBB. My trade in loan was finally paid this past week. I demand my $$ back and am looking for anyone else who has caught Jerry's slipping fraudulent numbers into their purchase documents. Please contact me. I am pissed because down the line if my vehicle gets repossessed, Jerry's can claim I WAS THE ONE who lied on my income self report. Update- submitted report to the Maryland AG

Does it look like that's working? **Warning: Deceptive Practices at Jerry's Toyota of Baltimore - A Cautionary Tale** My recent experience with Jerry's Toyota of Baltimore was nothing short of a disaster. If you value transparency and honesty, I urge you to steer clear of this dealership. I was in the market for a Toyota Tacoma Trailhunter and received a VSPEC from Jerry's Toyota quoting a total of $65,820.00. This included Base MSRP ($63,400.00), Factory Installed Packages & Accessories ($60.00), Port Installed Packages & Accessories ($865.00), and Delivery Processing and Handling ($1,495.00). This total matched the price listed on both Toyota's official site and Jerry's own website, which I thought was fair and transparent. Armed with this information, I made the four-hour round trip from Fairfax to Baltimore, bringing along my 5-year-old daughter and all necessary paperwork for a trade-in. I was ready to complete the transaction at the agreed-upon price. Instead, what I encountered was egregious and unprofessional. Upon arrival, I was presented with a new "write-up" that included a shocking $12,500 market adjustment. This exorbitant fee was neither mentioned in any of their communications nor listed on any of the sites where the price was advertised. Market adjustments, while not uncommon, should always be transparently disclosed upfront. The fact that Jerry's Toyota waited until after I made the long drive to present this inflated charge is not just deceitful--it's a betrayal of trust. Despite my frustration and the inconvenience caused--having to reinstall a car seat and prepare for a two-hour drive back to Virginia with my daughter already past bedtime--they offered to halve the market adjustment. However, this was far too little, far too late. I came prepared to buy at the advertised price, and anything less than that is unacceptable. Having worked in car sales myself, I understand that this kind of behavior is not just unprofessional but entirely unethical. I'll update more along the way. ______ Ibrahim was the best! When it comes to purchasing a new car, I loathe the hard sales approach. I'd been communicating with several car dealerships, but, in the end Heritage Honda of Parkville had the model I was searching for. I met with Ibrahim on a Saturday and he was very easy going and easy to negotiate with. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into a deal or sold on anything. I knew what I wanted, he knew what I wanted and we just made that happen. Everybody at the dealership was helpful. I purchased an electric vehicle and a lot of the ins & outs of the sale (included items, set up of the vehicle, charger, etc.) were new. We all worked together. They sat in the car with me to figure out the infotainment set-up, which wasn't easy! Ibrahim also allowed me to return the next day with my car title (for the vehicle I was trading in) since I had an event to attend. Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I'm appreciative.
