    Damage done to my car during spoiler install, and they said in an e-mail "they are not responsible".

    Only giving a one star because I can't give zero. Purchased a 70th Anniversary Edition Corvette as a military retirement gift to myself. 1) Greedy: Charged over MSRP. I wanted a Z06 but Koons charges 60-70k over on Z06s. I said no way and went with the Stingray which they also overcharged for. 2) Incompetence: When I picked up my car I inquired about a red engine cover that was supposed to come with my car. They were adamant it didn't. Three months after the fact I was given the cover which I had to make a separate appointment to get installed. Had to take off of work and wasted time, mileage, gas. Worst part a rock flew and chipped my car windshield on the way home. 3) Incomplete delivery: I was not given all the accessories that I was supposed to get with my vehicle. Six months later, and I'm still finding out I didn't receive all my items. They are "looking" for the missing items now. 4) Dishonest: On the day of pickup they basically handed me my keys and were like "here you go."They didn't give me a walk-through of the cars functions, yet wanted me to leave them an all 5-star review with Chevrolet stating anything less than 5-stars was a failure to them. One of the questions on the survey was "did they give you a complete and thorough walkthrough and explanation of your vehicles functions. 5) Vehicle Damaged: They damaged my vehicle and ripped the paint off of the rear bumper. They said they would pay for the repair but their repair was SUB-PAR / unacceptable. I said I needed the bumper to look brand new and undamaged. They emailed me saying if that was the case I would need to contact my insurance and start a claim. 6) Ignoring the problem: I've contacted their customer service lead three times and left messages on their answering machine. I've also contacted their general manager and got his answering machine. No one has called me back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go some place else that cares about the customer and just not the $... Picture of the damage they caused attached... I will say BIG Chevrolet / the corporate people have been super helpful in trying to resolve this.

    We coordinated a deal over the phone since I was more than an hour away. They were in possession of my driver license, USAA insurance card and USAA funding doc since I wasn't using their financing. I take a $100 Uber ride only to be told I needed to fill out an OFAC form which includes the SSN. I said I'm not doing that. They at first tried to say it was a legal requirement. I said that's not true. I purchased 3 cars in the last few years due to wanting an EV and the battery recall. The Patriot Act specifically calls for a name check against a list. Not a SSN. The dealerships use the form to gain your consent for a credit check. The manager then says how do I know you are you. SMH. He goes on to say I have to wait for the payment to clear from USAA to take the car. That's crazy cause USAA pays via check. And you can't tell me, I'm this area they haven't dealt with USAA before. To check my identity, they could have simply called USAA to verify my account and info. Additionally you sign contracts so how is running my credit makes me qualified to take the car before the check comes in? Dishonest practice and handling. UPDATE: Read the response and even that is disingenuous. OFAC has nothing to do with fraud. They require a name be checked against a terrorist list, not your SSN. So if they were concerned about fraud require more than one forms of official ID. Burns me up when companies lie like this. UPDATE 2:::: Right after this interaction I found and purchased a 2022 Bolt EV 2LT from Ted Britt. And guess what, no OFAC madness. Deal over the phone, sent them my driver license, insurance card and funding doc. For extra discount I provided my school transcripts...all had the same address. I signed the electronic eligible docs via docu-sign before I arrived, upon getting to the dealership I signed a few others that required wet signatures then I was out. Easy peasy. This is how car buying should be. Without the gimmicks and lies.

I was introduced to Liz in Finance, Joe in Service, and Sharon in Customer Relations, all of whom were helpful and friendly and made me feel like part of the family. It doesn't end there.
