The time came for needing to get the septic tank pumped out. I called around to get some pricing from different companies. Overall they were the most reasonable price ($325) with solid reviews on Yelp. Gave them a call and setup a day to come out. They confirmed and gave me a large window of time. They then call you back on the day to minimize that window and let you know the time they are coming. That process went super smooth. They sent out Anthony who was extremely professional and knowledgable. I had a bunch of questions which Anthony gladly answered. He completed his work and covered the hole back up the best he could. All in all, I would highly recommend Jerrys for both service and price. I will make sure to call them out next time I need servicing. read more

Called several places this was reasonable and responded quickly. The worker they sent was very polite and efficient did a great job

I've been using Jerry's Septic for almost 20 years and they have always been honest and dependable. They worked with my busy schedule and showed up on time. The tech Anthony's service was clean, efficient and he was friendly. They are not the cheapest septic pumping company, but the excellent service and pleasant experience make it a great value. See you in a few years!! read more

I end up not using their services because I live in another county . But the costumer service of Melissa was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me with my needs . Pretty sure with that costumer service the company is too notch read more

Jerry is a stand up guy in every sense of the word. Hard working and honest as the day is long...highly recommend his services. read more

Beware of this business trying to hustle you AFTER they finish, even if you think you have an agreement on price and volume. I wrote a good review about this company on my last septic tank cleanup back in 2019, but I guess some new management or legacy in charge now wants to get rid of customers instead of making new ones. I called the office, got an agreement for my cleanup on price and volume 1,250 gal total. I was happy because they already had my last info and it quick. The guy showed up, he cleaned the tank and lift station and as he was washing things off he suddenly says that he "thinks" he got around 2,000 gal!!! That's 60% more volume than the tank capacity and what they charged the last time. He does not have a gal counter on the truck and he could not explained where these extra 750 gal came from - I am not a scientist but is simple math. My toilets were not backed up and there were no broken pipes or anything - he was just trying to get more $$ There is just no probable way to "magically" add 60% volume to what they already quoted. I've owned my house for over 20 years with the same septic system and I have cleaned it 7 or 8 time and never EVER had to hear such BS about more gallons. I even had to deal with a disrespectful manager who wasn't even there as I was trying (not very successfully) to come up with an explanation of where the extra volume was coming from. I guess is a way to ruin a good reputation and get otherwise repeat customers to go elsewhere I gave 1 star because zero was not an option. It does not deserve more than 0! read more

Had trouble with my septic tank back in August, called Jerry's Septic Tank of Davie and they came, found that my tank was full, had to drain it. Very nice gentle men! Good pricing compared to other company's! Well, it's a month later I had call Jerry's again but this time it was not because there was toilet paper backed up in the piping in the septic. Still not bad pricing! And got the same awsome nice gentlemen that came out the first time. And Mr. Jerry came out this time too! Thanks for fixing my troubles Jerry and crew! I would recommend this company! read more

Within an hour of my call, Anthony showed up and did a great job. Professional and Polite. They quoted and charged less than the competitors, and the lady on the phone was straight forward, which I appreciate. I hope we don't have to call them again soon but this is the business I would like to work with again, if needed. read more

Jerry answered my call on a weekend, educated me on septic tanks, squeezed me into their busy Monday schedule, and did it quickly, all while being friendly and understanding. They even moved my trampoline out from over the tank and it started drizzling as they finished up. Honest and fairly priced. Hope I don't have to call them again for another 5 years but when it's time, I definitely will call Jerry. read more

A little pricey (350 for basic tank empty) great customer service and they were extremely fast and efficient. Took about a week to get an appointment but apparently there were a lot of issues with rain at the time so they were backed up read more

Very professional and reliable. They had to reschedule a few times due to weather. They called and informed me they had a delay ,Good communication. The person who came was very professional he showed and explained what he was doing the whole time. Will use again and highly recommend this company. read more

We recently had the need to call for help with out septic tank and are pleased with Jerry's. From the up front information provided on the phone to the pumping and inspection service and follow up visit; things were great. read more

I recently used Jerry's for a septic tank inspection on a house purchase. I am so glad I went with them. They are honest and give you the facts. One can decide what one does with the information. Very thorough, nice guys, they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them for all your septic tank issues. read more

I used them when I bought my house and I was very much satisfied with their service! They were punctual & honest. I plan on using them again! read more

I'm beyond impressed. Great customer service. After talking with Jerry, he was able to find me an appointment despite being very booked. Anthony did the work, very professional and honest. Their technicians don't work on commissions so they won't try to upsell you on unnecessary services. It's hard to find an honest reputable company. Look no further because this type of company is rare. Very pleased! read more

Jerry Has to be the most honest and knowledgeable guy in the business. He showed up to my residence with his pump truck and employee, made recommendations to remedy my situation that didn't involve pumping out my septic tank. Left without charging a dime. read more

I have used this company before for my septic tank issues. This time around I had so much trust in the Jerry's septic tank employee that I paid for my service before completion of the work due to time constraints as I was not able to stay and oversee the remainder of the work. I returned to my property to find the work left unfinished and the employee left with my check in his pocket. I am waiting to see if my check will be cashed while my work remains unfinished. read more

I used this company a couple of years ago. Prior to using them I hadn't had a problem with my septic tank in 30 years and was just being proactive this time. After they pumped out the tank, I developed holes in my yard about a year later where the sand was seeping into my septic tank. They didn't seal it properly when they did the job! Apparently it has clogged my drain field and I am stuck getting my tank pumped out again. I called the company back and they say that there is nothing that they can do about the situation. I would have to pay full price for a complete pump out again. Nope! I wont be calling them back for anything. Stay away from these clowns. read more

The best company out there for this work. I used another company and will never again. Jerry and his employees are the best. Friendly and the best customer service. They go above and beyond. You will regret using anyone other than Jerry. I used another company for my drain field and have had nothing but problems with it and its only 4 years old. Jerry's crew came out and fixed my issue. They also have saved me from spending even more money down the road. If I could give more stars I would!!! read more

Jerry is as honest as they come. He is sincere in trying to help us save as much as possible with our septic system. We have never been on a septic system before, but Jerry has helped teach us everything we need to get by. read more

Jerry is super fair and a totally honest man. There is not better in the area. CALL HIM

Very honest! Very nice! On time and extremely helpful. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone needing septic services.

Great service and fair pricing. Cleaned clog in our toilet with a "snake" for no charge. Give this guy 5 stars. read more

I phoned to inquire about septic cleaning services and pricing. Jerry's asked if I was gonna vote against Obama and offered discounts for their services for Anti-Obama voters. This was a major turn off. I called A.R.F. who was very nice, good prices and was on time. Jerry's can do what they want but it's off-putting to add their muck to an already screwed up political scene. My affluent neighborhood is all septic systems and you can be sure their trucks won't be seen here with their attitude. read more

Jerrys was very professional and very helpful explaining what had to be done to keep a septic tank in good order. His pricing was great and he was a really nice guy! What more can you ask for! read more

I can't express enough how thankful I am that I discovered Jerry's Septic Tank Service! Jerry is the most honest, loyal and educated man! I called Jerry because I thought I needed a pump out. He asked me what was going on..I told him, and he explained that I need to call a plumber first, because my line just needs to be snaked out..it's not the septic tank. So I went ahead, called a plumber, and sure enough..that's what it was! So not only did I save a bunch of money, but I also gained a very respectful and honest Septic Tank Company to take care of my services in the future! I recommend everyone to call Jerry. It's unfortunate that people, like in the review that posted before me, have to judge a book by it's cover, because Jerry has a fantastic sense of humor, and wants people to just laugh about his truck. Jerry's company is not the only company that puts funny sayings on the back of their pump trucks. Notice that I have given Jerry 5 stars, because I actually spoke with him. The person below me, has never even spoke with Jerry, so he knows right away I guess. Anyway, I strongly recommend Jerry for all of your septic tank work! He's extremely educated, and just an all around honest and great man! read more
