The time came for needing to get the septic tank pumped out. I called around to get some pricing from different companies. Overall they were the most reasonable price ($325) with solid reviews on Yelp. Gave them a call and setup a day to come out. They confirmed and gave me a large window of time. They then call you back on the day to minimize that window and let you know the time they are coming. That process went super smooth. They sent out Anthony who was extremely professional and knowledgable. I had a bunch of questions which Anthony gladly answered. He completed his work and covered the hole back up the best he could. All in all, I would highly recommend Jerrys for both service and price. I will make sure to call them out next time I need servicing. read more

Beware of this business trying to hustle you AFTER they finish, even if you think you have an agreement on price and volume. I wrote a good review about this company on my last septic tank cleanup back in 2019, but I guess some new management or legacy in charge now wants to get rid of customers instead of making new ones. I called the office, got an agreement for my cleanup on price and volume 1,250 gal total. I was happy because they already had my last info and it quick. The guy showed up, he cleaned the tank and lift station and as he was washing things off he suddenly says that he "thinks" he got around 2,000 gal!!! That's 60% more volume than the tank capacity and what they charged the last time. He does not have a gal counter on the truck and he could not explained where these extra 750 gal came from - I am not a scientist but is simple math. My toilets were not backed up and there were no broken pipes or anything - he was just trying to get more $$ There is just no probable way to "magically" add 60% volume to what they already quoted. I've owned my house for over 20 years with the same septic system and I have cleaned it 7 or 8 time and never EVER had to hear such BS about more gallons. I even had to deal with a disrespectful manager who wasn't even there as I was trying (not very successfully) to come up with an explanation of where the extra volume was coming from. I guess is a way to ruin a good reputation and get otherwise repeat customers to go elsewhere I gave 1 star because zero was not an option. It does not deserve more than 0! read more

Had trouble with my septic tank back in August, called Jerry's Septic Tank of Davie and they came, found that my tank was full, had to drain it. Very nice gentle men! Good pricing compared to other company's! Well, it's a month later I had call Jerry's again but this time it was not because there was toilet paper backed up in the piping in the septic. Still not bad pricing! And got the same awsome nice gentlemen that came out the first time. And Mr. Jerry came out this time too! Thanks for fixing my troubles Jerry and crew! This time around I had so much trust in the Jerry's septic tank employee that I paid for my service before completion of the work due to time constraints as I was not able to stay and oversee the remainder of the work. I used this company a couple of years ago. Prior to using them I hadn't had a problem with my septic tank in 30 years and was just being proactive this time. After they pumped out the tank, I developed holes in my yard about a year later where the sand was seeping into my septic tank. They didn't seal it properly when they did the job! Apparently it has clogged my drain field and I am stuck getting my tank pumped out again. I called the company back and they say that there is nothing that they can do about the situation. I would have to pay full price for a complete pump out again. Nope! I wont be calling them back for anything. Stay away from these clowns. read more

I cannot compliment Jerry and his crew highly enough. We thought that we just needed to have our septic tank cleaned out. Left a message last Sunday night, and got a call from Jerry around 8:00 Monday morning. I was their first call, but after they cleaned out our tank, they found that our drain field had failed. He gave me an estimate and said that he would get back to me later in the week. Instead, he called back that (Monday) night. and the drain field was dug on Tuesday. The inspector approved it on Wednesday, and later on Wednesday, they put the dirt back on top of the field. Due to the age of our home, we got grandfathered in, and had more dirt than needed, so didn't need to buy any sand. Consequently, we ended up paying significantly less than the original estimate number. You absolutely can't go wrong using Jerry's Septic Tank Service! read more

I phoned to inquire about septic cleaning services and pricing. Jerry's asked if I was gonna vote against Obama and offered discounts for their services for Anti-Obama voters. This was a major turn off. I called A.R.F. who was very nice, good prices and was on time. Jerry's can do what they want but it's off-putting to add their muck to an already screwed up political scene. I can't express enough how thankful I am that I discovered Jerry's Septic Tank Service! Jerry is the most honest, loyal and educated man! I called Jerry because I thought I needed a pump out. He asked me what was going on..I told him, and he explained that I need to call a plumber first, because my line just needs to be snaked out..it's not the septic tank. So I went ahead, called a plumber, and sure enough..that's what it was! So not only did I save a bunch of money, but I also gained a very respectful and honest Septic Tank Company to take care of my services in the future! I recommend everyone to call Jerry.
