A week after paying it. 2 months he held onto my golf cart that would be done in 3 days. He said I would never have to have it worked on again. A week of driving it and it broke down again. He charged me $15.00 a piece for battery cable ends. He never even replaced. They were the same beaten broken ones I sent it to his shop with. The cart broke and I called him. He said it was a $15.00 clutch cable. I said I paid you to replace all cables, gaskets and wires. The headlights didn't even work when he returned it and they did when he took it! He rigged all kinds of crap on it in the most ghetto way possible. After giving him $1500.00 He says it will never break down again. It didn't last a week? Then he says its a $15.00 cable he missed? Calls to tell me he now wants $1800.00 because the shaft and clutch are broken. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! He did not return calls for days. He had my cart longer than I owned it. He had it the second time for 4 months. I even found the parts he said he needed at the place his girl friend recommended. He told me even if I paid the $500.00 he still needed the $1800.00. I said was your previous work not guaranteed even for a week? No. I said I cannot pay you another $1800.00! Total Roy WHIMP had my cart 6 months. I paid $3200 for G2 gas Yamaha cart. I told him my limit and he went $300.00 above it on the first go. Then he REFUSED to return it! I had to call my brother to go get it for me. After my brother drove all the way to Georgetown to pick up my cart at 4:00pm as agreed upon. My brother finds its a used car lot now. So after waiting an hr for roy to return my call via test his unbelievable reply was. "Didn't you tell him our shop moved"? Are you serious? How would I know you moved your shop? You mean you took my cart from Georgetown to corydon but you couldn't deliver it back to me which was even closer? You were the one that picked it up! He knew I didn't have a trailer. Which is why I hired him. I had to sell the cart for $600.00 Most unprofessional business ever. And I have before and after pix of the engine and everything. Stuff he billed me for you can visibly see he did not do. I'm reporting him to the BBB next and I am taking him to court. His girlfriend at the time who apparently ran the business for him. The one who left the only good review above.... Called me to say she was sorry. They broke up and he was not trustworthy. WOW! If you trust him with anything after reading this. Then you will find yourself in the exact same position. He is a thief, opportunist and a conman. END OF FACT. I've attached our conversations for you to view.
