I asked locals which jewelers they recommended for an engagement ring and got told about Jerrick's by multiple people. Kyler a helped us and was AMAZING!!! He did not rush us at all and walked us through the whole process of customizing the ring. He explained that through Jerricks you get free life insurance on the ring along with free cleanings and touch ups. He took my Pinterest board and turned it into real life! I could not recommend Jerricks or Kyler more!

My Fiance took my heirloom ring in to fix some loose stones, align the center stone and get it all cleaned up. I get so nervous trusting someone with something so special & I was stunned at how beautiful it looked! I didn't know it could shine like it does now. I will absolutely go back to Jerrick's for any of my jewelry needs!!

This is the place we went to to pick out rings ten years ago. I still have fond memories of our experience there.

I've talked to a few jewelers who tell me that what I want is risky and not recommended. (Tension setting/bypass design). I saw something in the window that stopped me in my tracks and I ran inside to get a closer look. It turns out that the ring in the window is the setting that I want, but has much more gold in the band than I prefer. I consulted with a staff member, who gave me a few options and recommendations, as well as an estimate of cost. It was quite a bit more than I'd expected, but I appreciated his thorough consultation and may consider coming back in the future. However, I didn't leave empty handed. There's an art gallery next door and they have a few gift items. Some of the best smelling lotion and soap resides here and I'd recommend them for just that alone.

It took them two weeks to get in any stones for us to look at, and they were not any that we were interested in or described. Their price quotes were so high we were unsure if we would be able to find a way to get what we wanted. The only reason it's not one star is because the girl that helped us was very kind and excited for us. But we went to Jerricks and had a seamless experience! Maybe Needhams has some good jewelry that isn't engagement rings, but if you're looking to get married save some time and money and just go to Jerricks.

The value of the stuff they put out on the sales floor is absolute garbage compared to the stuff they throw away, they throw away over half of the donations they receive so don't even bother donating to them. they hardly have any selection that isn't Mormon approved or just is a Mormon product, I can't tell you how many good things I had to throw away because It didn't fit the Mormon image. They bully employees in front of customers even if the customers threaten to go to the state about, they refuse to put out chairs for cashiers that have arthritis or any other medical problem. They will purposely under staff the teams during Saturdays and refuse to help out when we get slammed fully knowing Saturdays are our busiest day of the week. They make fun of customers who don't speak English like it's their fault for not speaking English and found it absolutely insulting to have to translate everything back into the customer's language. To the awfull managers Dave, Natalie, Matt, Chris, and Pajmeena I hope you know how much I hate you, you made my life hell while working there especially you Matt. I will continue to say what I experienced while working for you.

If you…read moreplan to take out a line of credit for your engagement ring or other nice piece of jewelry, go somewhere else. Unfortunately, our experience with Schubach Jewelers was not a positive one. The two stars here are for the great employees at the store. Unfortunately, these great people work for a company (Samuels Jewelers) which has neither my trust nor respect anymore. We got our ring at Schubach because they had the design we wanted. We should have done more research into their credit provider, World FInancial Network, when we bought our engagement rings in 2008. We opened a line of credit to get my engagement ring. My husband paid all our bills on time, and when the ring was paid off, I called and closed the account. We got a few more envelopes from them, which I disregarded because we had closed the account with a zero balance. A couple months later, we went to apply for an auto loan, and were surprised to hear that Samuels/World Financial Network had issued a $27.94 delinquent balance to our credit. They had charged a LATE FEE on a ZERO BALANCE, CLOSED account. So began months of headaches: phone calls, letter-writing, and following up because of their mistake. When you call World Financial Network, you will speak with their lowest-ranking associates. No. Matter. What. Even when I called back to check on our case and follow up on them fixing our credit (they admitted to making an error... and closed the account twice just to be safe... who does that?... but told us nothing on our credit would change for 3-6 months while they processed the issue. Their issue. Not ours. And they would not expedite it for any reason. A year later (a YEAR!), our credit was finally back to normal, but not before we had to accept a higher interest rate on our auto loan because Samuels and WFN wouldn't do anything to help us, nor would they contact our bank to convey the error on the credit to them. Another little bummer: their jewelers who do the plating on the rings always seem to be "out of town," even at other locations besides the Logan one. Why would I want to be without my ring for three weeks? And after they get back, I still seemed to get the same story. If you're in Logan, go to the Diamond Gallery or S.E. Needham's and save the headache of buying from a chain that won't serve you well.

Very Disappointing Experience with Verizon…read more My wife and I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon in December 2024 because they were running a promotion offering a free iPad and Apple Watch when switching to their top plan, with the catch being a 3-year agreement. Unfortunately, this has been nothing but a headache. My wife ordered the specific watch she wanted, but it was out of stock. Verizon initially told us it would arrive in January, but it never did. After following up in February, we were told the watch was still back-ordered, and as compensation for the delay, they threw in a watch band. Then, in March, we contacted them again only to find out that the order was canceled back in January, and we would need to pay $800 for the watch, which was supposed to be free as part of the promotion. The lack of communication, the mix-up with the order, and the way we were treated left a really bad taste in our mouths. Verizon offered no resolution, and we were left feeling completely frustrated. After this experience, I wouldn't recommend Verizon to anyone. As soon as we can, we'll be switching to another company, and we plan to take our families with us.
