I paid them 4x as much as the original loan but was never provided any agreements showing APR, payment schedule and never signed anything either. They tried taking additional amounts from my bank fraudulently in differing values. They threatened me, saying I owed $3000, then ~$2800, now they send me to Credit Services of Logan for ~$1,300. I don't even know where they come up with this stuff. How can a company illegally steal your information, fill out new loans electronically without funding you anything additional and get by with this? If they don't disclose any terms and you don't agree to anything, then you should owe exaclty what was borrowed.
