Victor and his entire crew did an outstanding job with highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Despite the long distance to the job site (Lake Arrowhead), the whole team at Jerico Tile and Stone worked really hard to overcome occasional challenges and deliver superior results! We will recommend them and use their services for our future granite/marble projects.

I contacted Francisco for cleaning, painting and popcorn removal; which came out beautiful. I received the Vinyl Plank floors and Ceiling Fans (I hadn't hired anyone yet but had shipped to the house) and Francisco said he could do the floors and fans also. What luck finding him, as he did the entire house/project with minimal supervision, he handled it all took a lot of stress off me. The House came out beautiful. Besides Electrical, his plumbing skills are great and he installed a new double-sink vanity in the master bath; it was previously 1 sink, so the plumbing needed changing. He also did the Closet Doors, the Faux Wood Blinds and changed all the outlets and more.  Francisco provided a couple soft suggestions and he was absolutely right!.  He genuinely saw the modern, updated, though renter and budget friendly theme I was going for and it seems he was genuinely helping me get my theme right, in a budget friendly manner, not simply expand his workload.  After the tub was refinished, new double vanity, new lighting, and large mirrors, he said "do you really want to put these shower doors back on (from the 80s) and he was right, the new shower doors which he gave me a great price to install, made the entire bath look new, modernized and updated.  He also mentioned the inexpensive Panel closet sliding doors, which really was needed and they did update the bedrooms a bit at a good price and look very nice.  His work was beautiful,he did clean up, he knows what he is doing, and I will definitely hire him again.  Actually, I did hire him again (I had to replace a water heater).  One thing to consider, if you are in a timeline, get an exact completion date. The project took about 3 weeks longer, than I anticipated, but it was worth it as the price and Francisco himself being great to work with and handling it with minimal supervision. The final project was everything I wanted.

In total we had 4 quotes for the flooring and theirs was best for the quality we wanted. We also needed some electrical work done and they again beat the rest of the quotes that we had gotten. Avoid This Contractor - Unprofessional and Poor Quality Work…read more We hired Mike and his team for a full kitchen renovation after speaking with multiple contractors, ultimately choosing him because his quote was a few thousand dollars less. Unfortunately, this decision ended up costing us much more in stress, time, and additional expenses due to the poor quality of work and overall unprofessionalism. The project began immediately after Thanksgiving, and we were initially told it would take one to two weeks to complete. Instead, it dragged on for months, finally wrapping up at the end of February. While the bulk of the work was completed within the first few weeks, many key aspects were done incorrectly. Among the biggest issues: * Most of our cabinets were crooked * Our garbage bin pull-out did not function at all * The sink was improperly not properly sealed We brought these concerns to Mike's attention multiple times, but rather than taking accountability, he consistently shifted the blame--on the holidays, the vendors, or even our own kitchen layout. Instead of addressing the problems with professionalism, every discussion became an argument where he tried to justify the mistakes rather than correct them. On top of that, there were constant delays and last-minute schedule changes, making the entire process incredibly frustrating. Mike would frequently commit to a specific date or time, only to either cancel last minute or show up hours late without notice. There were multiple instances where we rearranged our schedules and canceled personal plans to accommodate his timeline, only for him to either not show up or notify us at the last minute that he'd be delayed by several hours. This entire project required us to micromanage him for months. We constantly had to reach out for updates and follow up on unresolved issues. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were often met with excuses, forcing us to check in repeatedly--sometimes for days--just to get basic updates. It was exhausting and completely unprofessional. To his credit, Mike did offer to fix the remaining issues toward the end of the project. However, by that point, we were so drained from the months of back-and-forth, excuses, and constant delays that we were simply unwilling to go through another drawn-out process. The garbage bin alone took months to get fixed, and based on that experience, we had no confidence that the rest of the issues would be handled any more efficiently. Major issues remained unresolved--such as the entire section of cabinets around our refrigerator being visibly crooked. Despite showing him clear photo evidence (including a level proving they were not straight), he still insisted the issue was due to our floors and refrigerator, which were not the problem. Another major issue was his employee, who displayed a lack of care for our home and quality of work. He placed heavy tools directly on our new furniture and stone countertops, which is completely unacceptable. Despite multiple complaints, Mike insisted that we work with him and made no effort to correct his employee's behavior or craftsmanship. While we initially saved a few thousand dollars, the frustration, lack of professionalism, and poor workmanship made this renovation an absolute nightmare. I strongly recommend paying a little more for a reputable, reliable contractor who takes accountability for their work--because in the end, this "cheaper" option was far from worth it. To add to the unprofessionalism described above - I received this text from Mike after posting my honest review, which I took as a threat.

My original request wast to see if we can cut the bench in half there by making more room to get in and out. They arrived at the time they said they would, they were literally here at the exact minute that was greed on. I was impressed with the timeliness. They came in and checked out the area. They suggested that we should maybe just take the whole bench out and after a little thought we agreed. Now the plan was to take out the bench and patch up the empty area with tile. They start taking the bench out and there were problems created from the previous contractor. Turns out our bench was never put in properly, like water proofing it. So there was mold found. We deal with that issue then we discover the dam in the shower is supposed to be made out of 2 x 6 and our former person only did it with 2 x 2's So now we need a new dam built. Another thing thing that happened was they accidentally killed a square section of grass. They put out a large sheet of rubber to use for the base of the shower on the grass in 100 degree heat. I took it off the grass hours later when I noticed it. The grass turned brown. Good new is the grass is turning green again and its all starting to look good The shower gets done and its time to put the doors back in. We have very large glass doors, like over 6 feet tall. Somehow one of them shattered. What a mess of glass we had. They took full responsibility for the broken door and got it replaced in a few days. Despite all the things that came up during the project they did a really good job for us. They even gave us some credit for the grass problem and the door breakage. They were conscientious, timely, and communicated appropriately about what was going on. I would highly recommend them.

Antonio is very professional, honest, helpful, and has been installing granite since he was a young child learning his craft from his father. His prices are reasonable and well worth it. I choose the modern look of the River White Granite with squared thick edges and a stainless steel sink to go with my white cabinets. Once I have time to install my subway tile backsplash I will add some pictures. As a few tips: 1. If you choose a lighter color, ask for a few coats of the sealant. My stone was very porous and stained easily. Either way, buy some sealant so you can reseal once a year. 2. Be sure you select your exact stone as each one is very unique and can vary greatly even though it comes from the same quarry. 3. Plan for your backsplash as demolition can be rough on the walls. 4. Be sure to budget for the sink and new modern faucet to complete your look. 5. The granite installation may not include faucet installation or sealing of your sink. I didn't have my faucet purchased when he installed so I am uncertain. Ask questions so you can plan for a handyman to finish any other installation work.
