I am a landlord and had a Tenant move out of a 2-bed, 1.5 bath home in Hesperia after the tenant had been living there for 30 years; so I had a lot of work to do. I contacted Francisco for cleaning, painting and popcorn removal; which came out beautiful. I received the Vinyl Plank floors and Ceiling Fans (I hadn't hired anyone yet but had shipped to the house) and Francisco said he could do the floors and fans also. What luck finding him, as he did the entire house/project with minimal supervision, he handled it all took a lot of stress off me. The House came out beautiful. Besides Electrical, his plumbing skills are great and he installed a new double-sink vanity in the master bath; it was previously 1 sink, so the plumbing needed changing. He also did the Closet Doors, the Faux Wood Blinds and changed all the outlets and more.  Francisco provided a couple soft suggestions and he was absolutely right!.  He genuinely saw the modern, updated, though renter and budget friendly theme I was going for and it seems he was genuinely helping me get my theme right, in a budget friendly manner, not simply expand his workload.  After the tub was refinished, new double vanity, new lighting, and large mirrors, he said "do you really want to put these shower doors back on (from the 80s) and he was right, the new shower doors which he gave me a great price to install, made the entire bath look new, modernized and updated.  He also mentioned the inexpensive Panel closet sliding doors, which really was needed and they did update the bedrooms a bit at a good price and look very nice.  His work was beautiful,he did clean up, he knows what he is doing, and I will definitely hire him again.  Actually, I did hire him again (I had to replace a water heater).  One thing to consider, if you are in a timeline, get an exact completion date. The project took about 3 weeks longer, than I anticipated, but it was worth it as the price and Francisco himself being great to work with and handling it with minimal supervision. The final project was everything I wanted. read more

Francisco and his team were able to offer me the best price and availability meet the needs of my project, which included redoing the exterior fascia boards, trim and other structures. He's is truly an honest and genuine guy, unlike many out there. He is also pretty versatile, coming from an electrical background, that extends well beyond that area of work. His paint and repair job was professional and half of what others quoted. He even sent me updates as requested, with pictures, and was comprehensive in his approach. For example, he noted plumbing leaks, compromised wood and let me know how the scope of the project could creep after a very thorough and thoughtful review. He also pressure washed the exterior of the house so it looked nice and clean. I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely call him up again. read more

I contacted a couple of handymen services in the area with a sizable list of projects for my new home. Such services included: painting, install bidets, Ring cameras, tv mounting, light fixture replacements, faucet replacements, nest thermostat upgrade, grab bar installation, bathroom fixture replacements, toilet replacements, picket fence build on top of short wall to prevent dog's escaping yard, and some other small tasks. Francisco responded quickly compared to some others so I went with him for all of my projects. Upon meeting, which he arrived early to, he had a very pleasant demeanor to work with. I was kind of expecting to have to work with someone with an abrasive personality, like I normally have to, but Francisco was open and receptive to all of my ideas, not offering any criticisms or unwanted suggestions. It feels nice to have a vision that a professional is willing to execute for you, and Francisco really went above and beyond to get everything done. Even with the inevitable hurdles that came up he always worked to get the vision done without compromising anything. The way he responded to issues was smooth and he didn't present the issues in a way that was complicated for me to decide on. Very straightforward. I will admit I didn't have a strict time schedule or budget. For the entire list of services and parts bought along the way, it did get expensive. However, the results are a testament to that. While the final total hurt the pockets a little bit, never did I feel as if Francisco was charging more than his work warranted. With some quick research, the prices he charged were on par with what you'd find from a professional handyman. In general, it was nice to have a trustworthy person work on so much of our home. That's the most valuable part of all. With the extremely wide range of things Francisco is able to do, I will 100% go to him for all my future projects. read more

Great guy to work with! Messaged Francisco late last year to get a quote to patch an area of drywall. He responded quickly with a very reasonable quote and a date to do the job. Being that drywall is done in stages, he had to visit our house three days in a row to do the job, but he always arrived when he said he would and when all was said and done, the patched area was indiscernible from the rest of the wall. We were so satisfied with his work that we got quotes for him to paint a master bedroom and office space. He just finished the office space today and I can say that both areas were done perfectly. He has great attention to detail and an extremely steady hand. I'm very picky about painting, especially in areas of detail work, but Francisco did an amazing job! So happy to have found such a skilled and reliable handyman and we look forward to working with him again in the future. read more

We are once again very satisfied with Supreme Handyman Service for recent tile work in the kitchen and bathroom. The side panel of my two-story home had fallen and I didn't have the appropriate tools or knowledge on how to secure it from falling out again. A family friend had temporarily reinstalled it before, you could see where the ladder ate my stucco. This second time around I reached out to a few services through yelp and found Supreme Handyman Service. They were quick to respond and arrive. They communicated with me from the moment I requested a quote to the very moment he finished the job. I would say considering the size of the job and the time it took I was given a fair quote/ price. I would recommend their services and rehire. read more

The wooden trim around my house as well as the wooden borders encompassing three front windows was far overdue for a fresh paint job. Francisco and son were very deliberate and attentive throughout each step of the process to scrape down the wood, fill in cracks, apply primer and of course add the new paint using rollers. As the project proceeded and the wood was stripped down, he brought to my attention some wood rot that likely originated from years of vulnerability to heavy rains where the roof empties most of its runoff. He was very reasonable in his estimate that would add to the original material and labor cost which involved removing three old long boards, then painting and installing three lengths of new lumber. He is a very intelligent, thoughtful man, which along with his completed work, makes it easy to highly recommend his services. read more

I needed several repairs and fixes moving into my house that was previously rented by same person for 6 years. Supreme owner Francisco was responsive and gave a fair quote for the first round of fixes. We communicated rapidly to install two toilets, replace some old water valves, fix window, sliding door latches, replace window screens, fix drawer tracks, etc. If his work was good, I would hire him for more services. Well, he did an excellent job and I felt he could be trusted for more repairs. I asked for quote for many things after, and he did several other jobs ans they were done timely and prefesionally. His 18 years of flooring experience showed when he installed the laminite hardwood floors and tiles and baseboards. His transitions from room to room look sick. He also removed popcorn ceilings and painted them nicely. He installed two bathroom vanities, new ceiling fans and new ceiling fan electric boxes. Finally, he replaced my water heater. I look forward to having him do work for me in the future such as new windows and replacing roof tiles. Francisco can be trusted, is a good comminicator, his prices are fair, and his work was very nice. read more

Amazing work!! Francisco came through for us the same day (very hot day) to help us with our windows. Much needed. Definitely recommend

Contracted with company for a vinyl floor job. Contractor knew I'd have family for Thanksgiving and would need to be done by then. First day he arrivd without help and shared he'd had family drama. This continued thruout. In addition he works 9-3 or 4 at latest. But starts later as well. This is a piece per payment job so it's up to him until it gets further into our schedule as planned. Major problems were disrespect for personnel property. Garbage was thrown on my clean laundry. I offered a garbage bag Came home finding my eyeglasses and jewelry left on floor. Finally, on the 27th when they weren't done, he needed liquid nails from Home Depot. By then my family was here. I'd already picked up the transition and wraparound without a truck. But the liquid nails required me taking children down to get his supplies. I was told he'd go but then he wouldn't get done. Day before Thanksgiving. That evening they left a 25# weight to hold transition in place and when removed showed they hadn't caulked it . I called and asked when it would be fixed and was told it would this week. I's now been eight days. The job has been left incomplete read more

Francisco has done great work for us in the past. You can read my positive reviews. I am adding a comment now to acknowledge our appreciation for the work he did for my mother in law. He updated her kitchen and did some bathroom work for her. It looks fantastic and she loves it! Francisco gave her a good price, was reliable, and worked well with an older person in her 80's who needed the work done. My wife and I thank him and are grateful. My mother in law can't say enough positive things about Francisco and his adult son, who sometimes helped his father with the work. I continue to highly recommend his services. read more
