The staff here are awesome, and I've gotten some great products at decent prices to help with projects/expanding my tool collection. I prefer their nursery and landscaping options as well as I work to "greenify" our living spaces with hardy Utah-friendly plants. Unfortunately, I have the same issue with this store that I also have with the aforementioned competitor located nearby. I will no longer shop at this location due to Home Depot corporate's decision to install Flock Safety surveillance cameras in the parking lot. Enabling the mass surveillance tracking of private citizens by feeding ALPR data - a poorly secured technology proven to track more than just license plates - into nationwide surveillance databases is an unacceptable invasion of customer privacy and a blatant means of sidestepping our 4th Amendment rights. I'm taking my business to local hardware stores that don't track their customers and support mass surveillance at the behest of the government. My review extends to the greater scope of Home Depot as a corporate entity and the issue I take with their decision making from my perspective as one of their customers. I encourage others to thoroughly look into this matter to form their own opinions and determine if they too would like to continue their patronage.

Color was completely in another color. Then the side piece to the stove was cut crooked and when the installers were installing the large piece, they scatched my new microwave. I had a migraine that day and was in my living room and heard them whispering, and now I know why. When contacted they were not going to do Anything to fix what they had done, including installing the right countertop that I had selected. I then went back to Lowes and the manager at the Lehi American Fork store came to my house, said that he could see that it wasn't right and that he was gonna fix it and then did nothing!!! I then emailed five different corporate offices with Lowes and finally had a lady get back to me and I worked with her for 3 months to get the problem fixed, which during all of this, my kitchen was not able to be funct and so I could not use my sink or my dishwasher. It was very inconvenient. If you're working with bedrock courts, do not trust that the sample piece that you pick out will be what you actually get. Make sure you document everything.

Absolutely horrendous experience at Ace in Murray. Will never step foot in that store again and…read morerecommend you don't either, at least not for screen repair. Here is the ugly but true story. Took two screens in for re-screening. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks. I started calling at two weeks - they weren't completed until 6 weeks, although each time I called I was told "it will be the end of the week". At pickup, one of the screens was re-screened with thw wrong material. They blamed it on the kid who took the order not writing down the material requested, which made no sense because one was correct and one was incorrect. So, I had to leave that screen and come back - a 40 min round trip. When I went back for the redone screen, the expensive Anderson frame had been bent and the paint had been scraped up. By this time I was sick enough of these people that I took it home to see if I could straighten it out and use it as is. It turned out I could not, there was a gap between screen frame and window frame. I called Ace and talk to the Manager, Gary who said they would replace the frame but I would have to bring it back in for inspection - another 40 min trip. Then after holding the screen for another week, and me having to call him to get an update, he told me they would not replace the screen because they could not confirm that they had damaged it. Like maybe they would somehow have video of someone damaging my $190 screen. I made my displeasure known and Gary finally agreed to refund the cost of the re-screening and if I came back in to get the damaged screen - another 40 min trip. And he promised to have the next level Manager, Brendan call me to further discuss. That was two weeks and two calls to Gary ago, and no call from Brendan. Ace, Murray - Zero integrity and zero accountability.

So I ordered what I needed, paid a little more (because what I ordered next COST more) and the product was shipped in from another location because they didn't stock it at that location.
