This Dental Office needs a complete upgrade. It is very obvious that the dentists there are cheap. Instead of investing in a high- end brand name luxury car, they should renovate the entire office. The picture might as well say, "Welcome we look forward to screwing you over!" I set up an appt for my wife and me at 12:30 because they said there is a slot open at that time. We went in, and there were two other people at same time. I asked how many docs and receptionist replies, "One." Wth? 1 doc and 4 patients all at once.. whatever.. My wife went in first and I was waiting with my daughter at the lobby, and a lady came in and then another lady came in for service. A little bit thereafter, I got called in to do my x-ray, and as the technician was setting me up one of the receptionist called her out. And then my X-ray tech doesn't come back for a while; I text my wife at the lobby to find out that the ladies who have come in after me have been called in. After my x-rays, the doctor doesn't show up for a while and I hear the doctor speaking to a lady in a room adjacent to mine. This was at 2:05 p.m. and then I just walked out. If I saw the doctor, then I might have given you more stars, but he was busy talking to the lady in the room next to mine. Hey, I'm sure you guys don't care about Yelp reviews, but if you're reading this, know this. If you charge my insurance for anything besides the freaking x-ray, then I will not hesitate to take action. My recommendation to new patients, stay away unless you got all day to chill at the lobby watching tv in Spanish and be disrespected or have inside hook up to go faster. I have had gum surgery, root canal, fillings crowns and implant done and at no time have I ever experienced any pain. The office staff is well trained thorough, and caring, with exellent mannerisms. Thanks to Albert who has been with the office for over 15 years, make sure you are comfortable by playing soft music on the computer. After several attempts to fix my husband's problem and thousands of dollars charged to my insurance he's here with those pains everyday, funny part is he only went there for a routine cleaning and they recommend all this "needed" work, which lead to his pain. Now, patients are seen by folks who walk in late and what appears to be fresh out of the shower with hair dripping wet. Be prepared for four hour visits, if you scheduled an appointment for 9am you won't even be asked for insurance card until 9:30 and when you question the receptionist all she can say is, she just got here-Attitude and all. Going to the dentist is nerve wrecking enough, and having a dentist that's condescending, is down right outrages. I was seen by Dr. Moon and she was rude. She poked my lip twice with a scraper, and after I told her she responded by saying..."oh," and moved on. Her demeanor was uncalled for. I also saw another Dentist, and I regret not getting his name, but he told the dental assistant the work I needed, he didn't explain to me the type of the work I needed. It turned out after being seen by Dr. Rude (moon) the type of work he had previously said to be performed was inaccurate. If you like dentists who are rude to you, give misleading treatment information, quote high prices, and make you wait long periods before seeing you....this is the place!!!! This has been my favorite dentist for a long time now. The staff has always given me a warm welcome, and I spend almost no more than the usual expected time for the doctor to come in the room. Rescheduling is no sweat with them. Sometimes when I arrive at my appointment time and see they are packed, I simply reschedule. Rather the doc dedicate his time to his quality of service than rush to get to me and the next person. Setbacks happen, nothing to cry about. The best moment I had was a 911 dental moment where a tooth broke from chewing on some nut snack. SENSITIVITY HAD NEW MEANING. I walked in, just a couple people in the wait room, and next thing I know, all patched up. The biggest part that makes or breaks a good dentist for me is how crazy they get with the needle. Needless to say since I have a few years with them now, they know the art of gentle needle wielding. The current doc really knows his stuff. He's a cavity assassin. In and out. Straight to the point. All right so first of all I am an existing patient there and I always make an appointment before I go. My appointment was for today at 11:00AM 12/29/2018 and I waited more than an hour after my appointment before they call me. This is my second time here and I do not recommend it to anyone. This is like a nightmare during day time. I've been going here for at least 10 years, despite moving further away I still go there. My family still all here as well. It's just a good atmosphere. They don't pressure you into getting work done you don't need. For instance I used to go to dentists that told me I needed braces and would try to pressure me into it. Jenny and the other Dentists didn't pressure me but just asked if I was interested then moved on. My favorite combo of people to work on my teeth are Albert and Dr. Kim. Albert has been at this office for a long time and has great expertise as well as bedside manner. Dr. Kim is newer but I already want to go to only her. Do not go here! I went to get my braces which of course before I had to get some work done. I had a root canal that needed to be done beforehand. The doctor messed up my root canal because he did it with the wrong equipment (one of the nurses told me that I should find another dentist because this office is no good) I then had to go to a specialist so they can fix their mistakes which let to an apicoectomy. Not fun! Before all that they wanted me to pay for everything! I had to speak to the doctor to let him know what was going on and then he paid out of his own pocket half and other half the office took care of it, after almost a month. Before all that the "manager" Yolanda which by the way gives you the impression that she's going to help you and that she's a nice lady, she sent out a loan that was for my braces with her knowing how long I was going to have to wait to get my braces on, but they didn't care because they had they're money already. When I tried to call her she was never available anymore, I would leave message after message and nothing and one of the front desk ladies was being rude because I kept calling... Instead of me being rude to them.. Then I had to speak to the lender company and of course they got a hold of her and put me on a three way call which she was so surprised about. And let me tell you that she was the rudest person ever. She says she's gonna do everything to help you but all she cares about is getting her office owner more money and then scam you with her lies. I'm in so much pain and has spent months in and out of the specialists office and the surgery was awful but the specialist has been so kind and also suggested never to go back here. This office didn't care that they messed up they just cared that they got money out of it. If it wasn't for the lender that actually heard her talk to me I would of been paying for a treatment that I'm not getting done until next year. I then went to get my medical record and the unprofessional and not knowledgable front desk lady (I forgot her name) laughed and said that my records weren't for me to have and that she doesn't think that they are going to give me my X-rays either. I stood there in shock and then told her that by law I have the right to all my medical records. But ofcourse her not obviously being trained about any medical law, did not believe me. Those are the type of people that work there, unprofessional, not trained well, and very very disrespectful. My appointment was at 11am and I arrived 5 minutes earlier. I was seated at 12:50, and they had the audacity to tell me to wait "5 more minutes" when I tried to reschedule my cleaning. My procedure started at exactly 1pm. They kept denying my option to reschedule my appointment. I don't understand what the purpose of an appointment is if it's the same wait time as a walk-in. They have a huge flat-screen tv in the middle of the waiting room, advertising a raffle if you give them a good review on Yelp or Google. But how can I give them a good review if the wait time is ridiculous and though nice, the staff just stand around the front desk and chit chat. So any 5 star reviews here are probably for that tv, sorry to be a hater. They constantly give you text and phone call reminders, but what's the point if I get there early, and I STILL have to wait 2 hours to be seen. Last November 2015, I was in here for FOUR AND A HALF hours: wait time and procedure. Whether you're only there for a check-up or cleaning which are covered by your insurance, be prepared to shell out a couple hundred bucks as they do pressure you into other procedures. But again, I appreciate the in-house payment plans that they have if you don't feel comfortable applying for a credit card, or paying in full amount at once. However, the 3 stars are for Dr. Kwan because he is awesome. I was a bit hesitant on my first visit as I've never been consistent on going to the Dentist (gross, I know) until I decided it was time for me to go. He took good care of me, knowing how nervous I was and he assured me that everything was going to be OK. During the procedure, I appreciated that he was letting me know what he was doing, and he was about to do. I can sense his sincerity in what he does and I feel his genuine care for his patients. His assistant Araceli is very nice and welcoming. I always look forward to seeing her as she is very sweet! read more

I have been a patient here for over 10 year, and I can truly say that I will never come back to the office. I had a root canal on a tooth in February 2018 and had to have a root canal on the same tooth in November 2018 my insurance had changed from February to November so they changed me twice for the same tooth. I was told that "it happens". No one came in to tell me I was getting charged for a retreat, but if I had the same insurance they would have because insurance don't let Dental Offices double dip for the same tooth in the same year. I feel that when you get a root canal done the Dentist should get all the root out and not have to go back in 9 months later and change for a retreat because they Dentist did do it right the first time. smh read more

Pros: The front desk is very kind Cons: i went here to get 2 of my cavities taken car of. The first day i was told that she can work on me (the younger asian dentist) and so i agreed. The entire time she was working on my teeth she was looking at he r assistant chatting it up. They kept the door wide open, other people past by and she would talk to them. It made my experience very uncomfortable.. I was scared she wasn't paying attention to my teeth at all. A while later she says she ran out of time and hurried me out. She was the one who said she had time in the beginning so i had to come back a week later for her to finish. I was hoping my experience would change but it ended up being the same. Her and her assistant were talking about going out that night and that the girl (the young asian denstist) was so excited. She kept talking to him!!! The whole time! She kept apologizing cause i kept squirming cause she kept looming at him and not my teeth. The door was wide open again and people would chat it up with her. Again! Ehe couldnt finish! Why? Maybe because they had plans to ho out! I am not making any of this up i had to go back for the last time so they can finish. Of course nothing changed.. But this time it was her assistant working on my teeth and he was more focused on me. I paid so much money for them to work on me. This happened 6 months ago.. From the point that I walked in to the point of my final appointment I can confidently say that the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The treating Dentist, Dr Kim, was top notch; which made me feel comfortable to sit in the chair and receive treatment. I came here for a walk in due to severe pain in my tooth that I had some root canal work done. Never finished doing the root canal so couple days ago I could not sleep at all due to the pain. Next morning I woke up and the right side of my face was swollen down to my jaw. Went to the ER that night and had a fever of 103 and needed to see a dentist immediately. So Saturday morning I was referred to this dentist and went as a walk in and was seen immediately. The staff was very friendly and kind. Doctor said there was nothing they could do except extract the tooth. The experience was nothing but pleasant and pain free.
