I'll be short, Up until last year I have neglected my teeth for over a decade. And it showed. I need over 20k of work. The staff here has gone above and beyond to explain what I need and where I should start. I have just recently got my two crowns and two implants in and it has changed my life. Still have a ways to go but it has been a amazing start. Couldn't be happier ! Special shot out to Albert for being so helpful and informative you're amazing!

Just had to write this review about my dentist and her staff. I have been a patient with Dr. Jenny Oh for over fifteen years. I have had gum surgery, root canal, fillings crowns and implant done and at no time have I ever experienced any pain. The office staff is well trained thorough, and caring, with exellent mannerisms. Thanks to Albert who has been with the office for over 15 years, make sure you are comfortable by playing soft music on the computer. Albert is very caring, his bedside manners are exellent, always teaching on ways to keep my teeth healthy. Yolanda thank you for your kindness you are reminding me on the importance of keeping my appoints. Thank you Dr. Jenny O, and your great staff. I feel blessed to have you as my dentist. Marcia Robb.

Dr. Jenny Oh's office use to be so clean, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly Dr. Jenny Oh use to actually be present! Now, patients are seen by folks who walk in late and what appears to be fresh out of the shower with hair dripping wet. Be prepared for four hour visits, if you scheduled an appointment for 9am you won't even be asked for insurance card until 9:30 and when you question the receptionist all she can say is, she just got here-Attitude and all. Then she will proceed to argue with you when you further question what that has to do with anything. How about you apologize for the wait and go find out what the delay is?! Do yourself the favor and avoid this place at all cost.

The technique he used to distract me from feeling the novocaine injection is remarkable. One of a kind. Very successful in avoiding any painful discomforting issues. For a dentist to create his own technique in trying not to inflect painful injections, show to me how caring, considerate and pride in his work. This leads me to actually leaving my anxiety at his front door as I enter his dental office. Trusting him more and more after each visit. My next appointment was for a new cap for my upper front tooth. Once again Dr. David did his unique distraction ritual and painlessly injected my upper front tooth area. This time it was better than the previous one only because the upper jaw area is more sensitive than the lower. So I was expecting some needle injection pain but there was not much. Remarkable! I joked around with the doctor and his attentive assistant Lemmy, that he must have used the "tiny needle" because I hardly felt anything. Dr. David Doan is truly an outstanding dentist!

It all began in May 2024 with a root canal, followed by Invisalign treatment, and finally my dental implant. Throughout every stage of the process, the entire team consistently provided exceptional care. What stood out most was the perfect balance of professionalism and genuine personal attention. From the moment I walked in for each appointment, I was always greeted warmly and treated with kindness, respect, and patience. They took the time to explain every procedure, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The good doctor even reached out to me personally via text after one of my procedures to check-in. I'm incredibly grateful to the entire staff for making what could have been a stressful journey such a positive experience. Their expertise, compassion, and teamwork truly set them apart. I also really appreciated their fair and reasonable pricing, which made such extensive treatment much more manageable. Thank you to everyone on the team for your outstanding care and dedication. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for skilled professionals who genuinely care about their patients. I am soo happy with my smile, 5 stars all the way.

However, I was extremely dissatisfied with my whitening. First off the girl who did the work on me was not very friendly. I even heard her being pretty rude to the front office girl when asking her a question. My teeth were pretty stained and they did lift maybe a half shade lighter. I did the at home remedies for 2 weeks just as instructed and it did not change anything. My total cost for the treatment was $450.

Probably because insurance will pay more and patient copay will be more. It's all about money here and how much they can make out of you and your dental insurance. They said if they fix it with bonding now, I would have to wait another 6months to do the crown. He made it sound like doing the crown is the better option. What he didn't tell me was what will happen if the crowns failed. Story short the crowns on my 2 top front teeth looks like bunny teeth and for them to fix it, dentist here said I will need to have root canals so that I wont have to feel the pain/sensitivity when he takes out more of my healthy teeth in order to have a better fit for the crowns. So that means they will have to charge my dental insurance more and me for more copay. Do not get talked into getting crowns because if it fails, there's no other solution but to do root canals and amputating healthy teeth. These are such invasive procedures. I'm embarrassed to smile now and can't even talk properly. Totally unacceptable. Giving this place a 1 star is generous. There should be a zero star.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit yesterday. A staff member tried to sell me a painful…read moreprocedure that was not medically necessary. The cost was more than the advertised dental implant. A staff member claimed I needed a bone graft. That was a lie; there was no infected tooth that needed to be extracted. I had the tooth extracted over two years ago and a bone graft performed with the membrane at that time. There was no infection at the time the tooth was removed either. Next, she stated that the bone graft was not hard, it was too soft in the middle and had not completely healed, that is why I needed a new bone graft. That was a lie because the X-ray showed healthy bone, no infection anywhere and the bone graft had taken and was completely healed and ready for an implant. I questioned her misrepresentation because there was nothing in the xray to support her statement and the average time a bone graft takes to heal is 3 to 6 month. Today, I contacted the dentist who did the extraction and bone graft over 2 years ago, and met with him this morning. He also confirmed that the bone graft was completely healed and hardened, and ready for the implant. He asked me if the dentist told me these things about the bone graft, because if he had, he recommended I report him to the medical board. I explained to him, that it was the doctor's assistant who made these false representations, I assume to jack up the price of the implant (bait and switch advertising tactic). I also shared with him the assistant's claim that she was going to show the X-ray to another specialist to get a second opinion, but I don't believe a word she said, because the dentist who examined me; I'm assuming he was a dentist and can clearly see the area does not require another bone graph. That being said, I've had several consultations with dentists that have clean offices, and newer state of the art equipment, including CT equipment; all have stated the area is ready for an implant, no issue with the location of my sinuses, there's plenty of room for the implant, and no dentist ever stated I needed a second bone graft in the, tooth 13 area. I've had a dental implant before and felt the price was high so I was shopping around for a better price, but compared to what the Norwalk office quoted me, the other dentist price was lower than what the staff quoted. She stated the implant would cost $2,800, not the advertised price of $1,299. That is false advertising. By the way, the average cost for a bone graft and membrane on a single tooth is $150 to $300. That being said, the office exam rooms and equipment were very old and visibly dirty, including the floors, walls, and entrance. The dentist's license was an old photocopy taped over someone else's license at the front desk. The address on the license was not for that location. The entire experience was very sketchy, and they did not appear to have the equipment in that location to perform any kind of dental procedure, especially a dental implant. Also, I was there for over an hour and did not see any other patients which was a red flag? I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but it's difficult when you've been deliberately misled. The only positive thing was their X-ray tech Sergio, he was very pleasant and professional.
