I ended up going to another dentist for a second opinion, and they told me I didn't need the procedures the first dentist had been recommending. On top of that, communication was terrible. It would take days, sometimes even weeks, to get a response, and the staff were rude as well. I felt like once they had my business, they didn't really care about helping me anymore. Overall, the whole experience left me feeling like they were more interested in making money than actually taking care of their patients. I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment they recommend.
