Amazing staff! Everyone is so kind and Dr. Khalilinejad is very informative and patient. I am always greeted and taken care of!

I just had the pleasure of visiting Downey Dental Solutions and Dr. Kambiz Khalilinejad. He was so caring, gentle and sweet and made me feel so comfortable and ease from the very first second. Their hygienist was also so patient and she took the time to really explain and educate me on even the basics of dental care. I really appreciate how lovely they were and I couldn't ask for a better dental visit! read more

Going to the dentist isn't usually something people look forward to, but this office makes it as pleasant as possible. The place is extremely clean, the vibe is friendly and relaxed, and the staff always greets you with a smile. What really stands out to me is the dentist--great music is always playing, and the light humming during procedures somehow makes everything feel calmer and less stressful. It's those small, thoughtful touches that make a big difference. I've always felt comfortable and well cared for here, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. Shout out to the Doc, Adriana, Nancy, Roxie, Bianca and anyone I missed! They make a great team. read more

I've been to many different dentists in the past some bad, some okay, and a few good but coming across this dentist at Downey Dental Solutions has been the best experience I've ever had. I'm not just saying that to say it, I truly feel taken care of as a patient here. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and always goes above and beyond, even calling my insurance and helping me sort out a few situations I had. The doctor explains everything clearly while showing you x-rays and makes sure I fully understand any procedure or concerns before I leave the office. The cleanings are always very detailed and thorough, and overall I've only had great experiences here, nothing negative at all. I've been coming for a little over a year now, and every visit has been consistent. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a dentist you can trust! read more

The service was amazing!! I came from another dentist who completely did a horrible job. The temporary crown wouldn't stay on nor the permanent. I had a disgusting flavor and smell coming from my mouth because the temporary crown and the permanent wasn't set right. Food was getting in. From the moment Dr. K put my temporary on there was no smell it actually stayed on and when I got my permanent even more amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. K!! This will be my new dentist even if I have to drive all the way from Ontario!!! read more

Staff are super friendly and respectful. They are also very timely and the care is always amazing. I've gotten my wisdom teeth removed there and it was a very pleasant experience (as much as it could be). It didn't hurt and the doctor was very polite and patient with me when I was nervous. I also regularly get my teeth cleaned here and it is always a good experience. read more

My sister went to Dr Khalilinejad and had very nice things to say about him and his staff. I set up an appointment for a consultation. I had X-rays done the dr let's you know what you need done. He is not pushy at all you decide what you want him to work on if you have more than one issue. The office staff writes up a list of what you need done and the pricing. His office is opened every other Saturday so that is convenient Incase you can't go during the week. So far all three of my appointments I've had no waiting. Dr K and his staff are very nice and will take good care of you. read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO The doctor is a scammer, he told me I had 5-6 cavities...went to 2 other dentists who told me I have NONE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST, HE WILL SCREW YOU JUST AS HE DID TO US! I also noticed others have complained to Yelp about this same problem with this same worthless piece of shit dentist. I still have a very loose upper tooth thanks to this clown dentist. We as a family unfortunately been coming to this dental office for the past 4 years. We always paid our co-payment each time we visited this office. The front desk employee known as "Ignacio" always assured us what amount was the co-payment and what amount is to be billed to my dental insurance. However the negligence of this dental office for failure to properly bill my dental insurance company for services provided. This has been going on since. I have requested full itemization of these charges on two or three occasions and each time I get excuse for why they cannot produce them. Now with the pandemic, after losing many patients this desperate and incompetent dentist, Shahram Valiani, D.D.S. sends us by total surprise a hand written billing statement to pay up $4629.00 or face collections. We called our dental insurance for answers and the dental insurance has told us that there was no record of any billing presented to them for services rendered at this dental office. My wife is now devastated by this. The case has since gone to collections. I am now going to file a formal complaint to the California Dental Board and to have this collection notice removed. read more

Edit, This a response to your incorrect comment First off sharing my appointment dates and times with the public violates the HIPPA law I will be sending a copy of your violation to the dental board. Second. Your comment is a flat out lie Your staff literally called my days before I had my 19 th appointment scheduled , it's at that time I rescheduled for the 27 th And when I got reminder the call on the 27 th for that morning is when your staff said she would apply the 30.00 cancellation fee to my normal cleaning fee. Which I then replied that was not right and abuse of the practice. Get your staff to get their story straight before making senseless comments. Your a professional, you should act like one. And you should know HIPPA laws better than anyone else. Staff sending mass Threatening text saying a $30 dollar cancellation will be applied and enforced and telling people it's usually $60. Even when I rescheduled in a timely manner. STAFF!!!! This is not how to treat your recurring patients. Where is the respect Where is the professionalism Where are your ethics. BTW I have met the new Dentist. Definitely rude like the front desk staff and overpriced Not worth it. Find a new local dentist. You will be happy you did read more

I would highly recommend DOWNEY DENTAL SOLTIONS to family and friends! Their staff (Dr. "K", Receptionist, X-Ray Tech & Hygenist) were so very welcoming and friendly. Two of our teenagers got traditional braces from Dr. Kambiz. We lived in Norwak when we first started to see Dr. Kambiz and drove all the way to Downey because he's worth the drive. Our kids have beautiful smile now. We opted for Invisalign® and are really happy with the results. I was very picky about how my kid's smile look, and Dr. Kambiz took all the time necessary to understand our concerns and he addressed them with skill. He explains what is and isn't possible. You only have one set of teeth. Seek out the best Dentist. Dr. Kambiz and his staff are super friendly and professional. read more

So first off , any review prior to 2022 should not be looked at as the dentist that had the practice sold out to Dr. "K". I've been with this practice even before Dr Valliani. I would say Dr. K could be the best. I had a root canal. No pain, no problem, the crown is perfect. I believe this dentist looks at things that have to be done now, and things that do not, therefore saving the patient a bit of money. No upselling here. I think the office has a deal for first time new patients,,, if it is a deal,, you have nothing to lose. read more

Great dental office & staff! I needed to have my wisdom teeth extracted, and I transferred here from my previous dentist due to being overcharged. I was able to relax and they both kept checking in with me if I was okay and if I was in any pain the whole time. Dr. K is very gentle! I hardly felt a thing. Scheduled my dad for cleaning and implant consultation. I knew I chose the right place as early as the phone call. Ignacio took all my dad's information and was able to schedule me sooner than I had expected. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the appointment with my dad, but this review was inspired after he called me to tell me how great it all went. He was so happy with the entire team couldn't stop telling me how well they treated him and how friendly the staff was. He stated the hygienist that did his cleaning was great! Super detailed and patient and he pointed out how experienced she was. They were also able to do an extraction all the same day. I've been coming to this dental office since 2014 ( ever since they were at a different location) and followed them to the new location (that says a lot). Dr. Valiani has been my family's dentist now for 5 years. He is a cheerful man with integrity and his personality makes the anticipation of going to the dentist a much easier trip. His practice is filled with only the best staff, from the front counter, to the assistance and Doctors ever associate is a shining representation of what dental care should be like. One thing that makes this dentist better than any other is that they listen and always produce results. My mother and I have had to call a few times with questions and getting a direct line to the doctor himself is hassle free. Another thing they exceed expectations with is scheduling appointments, its quick and they are willing to work with your time frame. NEW LOCATION!!
