My grandmother was a customer here and introduced me to the salon. I've been coming here for over 3 years now! Tammy takes good care of my finger and toe nails.

The proof! Look at these gorgeous nails!!

Wow. Wow. Wow! Jennifer is a absolutely A-mazing! My nails look fabulous! Thank you! I highly recommend this salon!

I was timely greeted and showed to the nail tech desk. Julie was great but my qualm is for the price of $35 for a full set acrylic I expect more. I like my nails to look like they are coming out my skin and they look lik they were placed on. Also she could of filed them down more, they look too thick.

I've been going to Jennifer Nail & Spa for a while now! THEY ARE THE BEST! When you walk in, they will always greet you! They take the time to get to know you and are all very sweet. They do not rush you or rush any service. Hands down, they do the BEST pedis. I've tried many different salons in Houston and Austin (where I live) but these ladies take the time to make your toes come back from the dead (or at least mine). They really clean under and around the nail. Your nails instantly feel better. I get my nails done with Tiffany, Julie, or Susan. Any of these three ladies will take good care of you! Yes, parking is hell, but if you stop by during the week you should be fine!

Thank you Tammy for helping making this day perfect!
Nicole M.

My proposal was perfect and Tammy made sure my nails looked perfect! Thank you Susan for also making my feet look amazing for the sand! #beachproposal #isaidyes

Mostly OPI and Zoya nail polishes. Most of them are almost empty and seem old.

I wouldn't come here on a regular basis but when I do they do an amazing job. My cuticles are very sensitive and I am prone to hangnails but Honey and Cola both take their time and do an amazing job. They always have the best new colors and polishes available. They don't charge extra for OPI infinite shine or Essie couture polish. The cons: front desk is very hard to get ahold of. I have been put on hold for close to 10 minutes before. I go here regularly and I don't ever see them being busy for 10 minutes at a time. Parking is tight during peak hours and I've had to park on the street far away multiple times. However I'll keep coming back for the excellent manicures that don't hurt you or cause you to bleed. 4/5 stars mainly for the price!

Still glossy and shiny. I trim between appointments but it doesn't chip and the edges on the area of growth look very smooth and clean. After the first two sets, we switched to my natural nails with builder gel to prevent breakage. She's able to keep the coats nice and thin which I really appreciate. We did 3 cat eye manis in a row lol (all are apres astral collection that I brought with me bc I bought a bunch after seeing them on TikTok) and she always asks me how I like the magnet pattern before curing it.

I've been a longtime customer of this establishment, and one thing I can say is that the quality of…read moreservice is consistently good. However, over the past year, I've noticed a recurring issue with appointment wait times. Typically, I make appointments in advance but still end up waiting around 30 minutes or more for my preferred technician. I completely understand that they're in high demand and can get busy, but my time is valuable as well. If it looks like a service won't begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, I believe customers should be notified so they can decide whether to wait, see another technician, or reschedule. During my most recent visit, I arrived 15 minutes early and checked to confirm if my technician would be available at my scheduled time. The receptionist mentioned they should be finishing up with a walk-in client shortly. Unfortunately, I wasn't seen until nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time, resulting in about a 45-minute wait overall. Had I known there would be such a delay, I could've easily stepped out to run an errand and returned without issue. A little more transparency with timing would go a long way. That said, I still enjoyed my visit and would recommend this place. My advice for anyone on a tight schedule is to be proactive and assertive when confirming your appointment time. A major perk: they offer 20% off main services for medical staff (Monday-Thursday), teachers (Monday-Tuesday), and students (Wednesday). Just be sure to have your work badge or ID present to receive the discount

I came to this salon for a gel manicure and specifically asked them to match the color on my toes,…read morewhich had been done at a salon out of state. My toes were a very pale pink, almost a sheer white. The color the Coco Nails tech wound up applying to my fingernails was a bubblegum pink and not at all close to the color on my toes. Two days later, after trying the color and deciding I really didn't like it, I came back to have my nails redone. The second technician did an excellent job and found a shade that was very close to my toes. When I checked out, I asked if they could give me a discount on the second manicure. My reason was pretty straightforward: I was back just two days later paying to have my nails done again because they had done such a poor job matching the color the first time. They declined to offer any discount at all. What made the interaction especially disappointing was how I was treated compared to the woman ahead of me. When asked how her visit had been, she responded that it was "okay," with some hesitation. The employee immediately went out of her way to ask multiple times if there was anything she could do and encouraged the customer to let her know how she could make things better. I was the very next customer, and the response to my concern was completely different. Not only was no discount offered but no significant effort or concern for my experience was expressed. Even though the second technician did a beautiful job, unfortunately, the way the salon handled the situation left me disappointed with the overall customer service. I did not feel valued or welcomed and will probably not be returning. It's a shame too because I just moved to the area and my house is walking distance to this salon. I get my nails done regularly and this could have been my go-to spot. ** update to my review: After I posted this review, I noticed Coco nails had sent me a survey about my experience, one with a rating system of smiley to unhappy faces and space to write about it. I selected unhappy face and copied, pasted the above review and submitted it. Today I wake up to a text supposedly from Coco Nails apologizing and asking me to call the store to discuss. I half suspected it was AI but I figured Coco Nails was at least monitoring their AI surveys for complaints. Nope. I call Coco Nails, a woman picks up who says her name is Ross. Rose has no idea what I am talking about, not the incident, not even the negative survey. After three explanations, she reluctantly offers me 15% off. I start to ask whether i may apply this discount to any service (or just nails, as I needed my eyebrows done) and she interrupts me complaining that she has other calls and is busy and abruptly hands the phone to a young man. After getting over my shock, I explain the situation to the young man who says his name is Andy. Andy says he will call me back. That was 9 hours ago. Business owners, please listen. If you do not know how to treat your customers right, AI will not save you. I do not recommend this company. There are plenty of other nail shops in the area. I will be going elsewhere for my nails and eyebrows. The two stars are for Chau, the second tech who did a phenomenal job on my nails.

Having never been there before, I was immediately impressed by the vibe of the salon: spacious, clean, modern, and relaxed. Some salons can feel too small and crowded, but the wide layout of Infinity really helped to create a comfortable setting. It was 2 pm in the middle of the work week, so they were quick to take me without an appointment. The tech who removed my set was very quick and gentle. I didn't experience a single moment of burn. Tam did my nails, and she was amazing and so sweet. I was going to get dip powder at first, as I wanted something light and natural to help grow my nails out. However, after Tam explained the difference between dip and builder gel, I felt encouraged to give the latter a try. I'm glad I did, because it was exactly what I was looking for. My nails felt light and natural, but durable. Tam wasn't pushy with her recommendations either, and I appreciate being educated on better ways to maintain my nails. Another thing I noticed was how welcoming all of the staff were. They were chatting with customers like they were old friends, asking about the well being of family members and kindly gossiping. It made the atmosphere all the better. I will definitely be back to continue my builder set, as well as try their other services.
