I am very picky when it comes to doctors/dentists (I went through about 4 doctors after I moved to Tucson before I met Dr. Lin!). She recommends natural remedies and suggestions. She's honest when it is needed (I had gained some weight (5-10lbs) and she suggested that I go back to my previous weight from the year before, for health reasons). I very much recommend Dr. Lin if you are in search of a personal and caring doctor. I am a young professional (late 20's), so I do not know how she treats kids or older adults, especially if you have more health problems than I do.

Since then, they have retired or moved into management roles. I now see Dr. Held, who is kind, compassionate, and really listens to my concerns. One feature I especially appreciate is their waitlist system. You can opt in to be notified of earlier appointment openings, and if a suggested time doesn't work for you, they'll continue sending additional openings as they become available. When I have an acute issue and need to be seen quickly, I love seeing Lisa Tucci, NP. She's fantastic--very caring, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I've had great experiences with both of these clinicians and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care in Tucson.

The nurse practitioner Justin was awesome. He removed the Apple chunk from my son's nose saving us an emergency room trip and co-pay. The facilities are clean. The staff is friendly. Due to the pandemic, only one parent can be there with a minor. Pro tip: this is next door to El Charro so you can wash away the stress with a margarita after your appointment.

When giving me back my insurance card and ID she threw them on the counter rather than handing them back to me. As it turned out, I was the only person in the lobby so it is not as if she was inundated with clients. The lobby was very nice and clean. The clinic was very modern. The doctor who treated me was very personable and professional. No complaints there! Going to the doctor is stressful at best for most folks. Having the first person that you interact with be so rude was off putting to say the least. I doubt I will be back.

I get in quickly when I need an appointment, Dr. Los' M.A. is friendly when I first arrive and it is always a great visit with the doc once he comes into the room. I've never had to experience the dreaded doctor's office wait with Dr. Los. The appointment times he makes are kept to the exact time his staff makes them (he is a former Navy Doctor perhaps that is why he stays on schedule?) and you are not rushed at all once he is in the room - I'm never afraid to ask questions and keep the conversation going on any of my medical stats. This is the type of Doc you wish you could chat with more often just because he is approachable. Fortunately, he keeps me in tip top shape and I only have to come in for the annual physical. More frequent visits with the Dr. shouldn't be desired so I will say this instead - he is the Dr. you wouldn't mind sharing a cup of coffee with at the coffee house. In all my life I've never been to a practice where I feel this comfortable and cared for. Sure, we know doctors take the Hippocratic Oath but Dr Puca and Dottie Tucker, NP live by an additional code or rule that is evident in everything they do and say. They truly CARE about each and every patient. They aren't quick to prescribe prescription meds but would rather look to see if there is an alternative method to take care of a problem such as diet, exercise, etc.. I like that in a doctor when so many today seem to be controlled by pharmaceutical companies. I enjoy the overall vibe of the office as well. It's a bit zen and very comfortable.The office is actually located at 1925 W Orange Grove, Ste 207 (not on La Cholla and hasn't been for a few years).

He has been very thorough in my annual exams and did a great job finding an a condition I was unaware of just by feeling an inflammation. The reason I give him 4 stars instead of 5 is he does not always follow up with things as much as I'd like. I seem to have to take a pretty active role in pursuing treatment or therapy.
