When I called to cancel my follow up appointment, his staff was curt and dismissive and attempted to make me feel badly about cancelling. IMHO, our care has been less than thorough with little to no follow up on what has transpired after our Medicare paid for and suggested visits. If we haven't agreed with suggestions, it seems the issue gets dropped rather than alternatives suggested. Issues with medication tend to be left in a "that's not our problem" arena. So, while the other folks tend to think this practice is the best thing since sliced bread, I tend to disagree.

We checked in 10 minutes early and now it's 40 minutes waiting and still people who showed up just in the last 10 minutes are being seen before us. Terrible waiting times? Arbitrary customer service. We need a new office apparently. Still waiting. Checked with the front desk. Apparently our appointment was cancelled even though we've been coming here for over 20 years. No notice of the cancellation was sent. No phone call, no text, no email just in your face bad computer check in, bad customer service, just bs excuses. We were seen only after an hour and 15 minute wait.
