I had such a horrible experience with dentists throughout my life that I refused to go to a dentist from 2008-2024. She broke my 16 year streak of anything other than corrective action care. The way she explained my mouth situation was with that of great care and concern for my overall health and never tried to sell me on anything that wasn't right for me. The tooth I had most issue with, I was ready to pull and put in an implant. She convinced me to get it filled and try to save it. I had so little faith that was going to work, I tried to have an extraction and implant lined up for right after her filling. Turns out it wasn't needed. She did three fillings that first day, and after the novocaine wore off, I had zero pain associated with that tooth! I got two other fillings done in the front that same day, no issues! Today I went in for another filling. After the filling, she didn't like the way it sealed and told me she may have to go back in. If she hadn't said that, it could have gone weeks or days and may have flared up on me. (This tooth is really messed up, so I am certain she was doing her best). So she went back in and got it perfect. When a dentist is working on your teeth, "Really good" is ideal. "Perfect" is what Dr Suarez achieved! Again, I'd never recommend a dentist, until I found Eaton Family Dental!

They also said I needed to see a specialist who required an $800 fee just to sit down and talk with them before they would even look at my mouth. (How much of a kickback do they get from the specialist they're referring people to when they don't need to go to a specialist?) I went elsewhere. Turns out what they said was wrong isn't actually wrong but there's a couple of other things that are wrong that they missed. And all of it can be done by a regular dentist, no specialist needed. It's like a treatment streetom conveyor belt at the Loveland office. If you care about your health, time, and money, go elsewhere. Stay away from these corporate-owned and run dental offices like open and affordable, because they don't care about you or your dental health.

They are really quite wonderful. Be forewarned, however, because if you are a baseball aficionado, you might find yourself getting a little jealous, sitting there in the waiting room. Dr Nielson is an amazing dentist. Very kind and he explains things thoroughly. Favorite dentist ever. Would recommend him to anyone. Also the hygienist Lexi is extremely good at her work. She also explains things well. I used to dislike having my teeth cleaned. Now it's not that traumatic. She's very good. She told my wife "We have enough patients and Aetna is difficult". We were suddenly out of luck. Rhonda rudely told us we could continue use Northern Smiles with Aetna ins "Out of Network'. It's obvious Dr. Nielson or Rhonda, who ever makes the decisions cares more about money than long time patients. This is certainly not a dentist that has small town values, revenue is obviously a priority. Rhonda is also the rudest receptionest I ever met. She once turned my daughter away for being 10 minutes late!, and reprimanded her. I'm sure Dr Nielson is a good dentist but his small town moral compass is blurred by profits. I had been experiencing some blinding pain and scheduled an appointment for a dentist to look over my teeth and help identify the cause - this insurance coordinator booked me 10 days out full well knowing and approving me paying out of pocket. Less than a day before my appointment, she called and left me a voicemail simply stating they would not be able to see me tomorrow or ever. When I called back to inquire, the receptionist and insurance coordinator became agitated and defensive going so far as to raise her voice over the phone with phrases such as "are you serious?" and "I don't know what to tell you". I did not once raise my voice or speak disrespectfully to the staff. Shame I never got to interact with the dentists or hygienists as they come highly recommended. Would not recommend this dental office to anybody due to the unaccommodating nature and overall lack of ethicality handling a situation with an individual experiencing extreme distress due to dental related pain.

The assistant was experienced, professional but most importantly she was kind, gentle and friendly as she took my full set of xrays. The doctor came in and he considered all of my concerns after checking my medical history. He did a cancer screening and checked my gums in addition to evaluating my xrays. I never felt rushed, yet I did see their concern for my dental care. The dental hygienist, Jamie was super gentle. My husband, daughters, their family members all go to this office. I highly recommend this office. A big thanks to the staff for making me feel comfortable at a dentist office!
