SHE LIED ABOUT ALL OF IT INCLUDING THE TIMES SHE STARTED.... I HAVE CAMERAS ALL IN THE HOUSE AND ALSO OUTSIDE MY PROPERTY THAT ALSO REFLECT THE FACT SHE HAD A WORKER IN MY HOME THAT SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE. I CAN BACK UP EVERY CLAIM I HAVE MADE AND I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING HER TO COURT WITH ALL OF MY PROOF. IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO LIE PLEASE MAKE SURE THE OTHER PARTY CANT BACK UP A STATEMENT!!!! YOU ARE A VERY DISHONEST PERSON AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I really did not want to leave this review as the owner seemed very nice and friendly. However, the cleaning job that I received was less than stellar. I reached out to her the next day after I had time to go back and fully inspect my home. I reached out to her two different ways via messenger and also iPhone message along with pictures of the work that was not done in my home. She has seen both messages and has simply chosen to not respond back or to make it right. I paid a good amount of money to have my 2100 square-foot house cleaned from top to bottom for a deep clean. According to her Cleaning policy, and what all it entails for a deep clean, I would say the majority of my downstairs was missed in those areas. Tables were not dusted nor baseboards that could have easily been accessible to move that she clearly stated would be. I didn't just pay for a regular cleaning. I paid for a ceiling to floor deep clean. When I came home, all of the lights were on and aesthetically, It looked good at the time, but when going back and looking at certain portions of the house, I noticed baseboards were not touched nor windows washed. This is what led me to do a more thorough investigation of the house. If she just would have reached out to me to try to make it right I wouldn't be leaving this review right now. My suggestion for any of her future clientele, please make sure you are going around your house and thoroughly inspecting it from top to bottom. I definitely would not recommend her to any of my friends looking for a cleaning service.

After her last clean, I used cashapp to pay her the total amount (225 + 15% tip). Blame it on my fat fingers but I paid the amount twice back to back. Honest mistake on my part. Right after I realised I messaged her and she promised to refund the extra transaction that day evening. Well, 5 days have passed as I am writing this - she hasn't picked up a single call nor has she replied to any of my texts. I have given her the benefit of doubt till yesterday but when she snubbed me yet again - I understood that I am not getting the money back. Tbh the 260 bucks isn't a big deal for me, but its appalling that she is willing to lose a repeat customer for this while she could have earned the same amount and more in the next few months (with followup bookings). Such a shame! Well I hope it was worth it Edit: As a reply to April - I have never been informed for once that the refund will take 7-14 days. It could have been sorted if only she responded to any of my text/call. I am not deranged to ask for updates every single day if I had known there is a refund period. And yes I agreed its my mistake. I literally wrote that in the review. Nevertheless, I respect your business and if you're refunding the whole amount, I'll make sure to send you back the amount you're owed that very day itself.
