I found their company through an extensive online search in August 2020, including Yelp, as I had a unique cleaning situation. I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible. Lenora is highly organized and and along with Herschell, take personal pride in the work their team performs. They took great care to be sure the facility looked perfect for a scheduled photo & video shot. Plus, the entire team managed this project so graciously while following COVID-19 procedures. I think at the end, if they want to blow off clients at least be professional about it and let us know the obstacles, can't do the large windows? any potential hiccup let us know. If they can't do 1x a month and prefer clients for more than that. Let us know. If there is a schedule conflict and there is a different date, let us know and we can work around. In the past we had hired cleaners that used abrasive rags or inappropriate chemicals on our counters or stainless steel. Success Cleaning uses the proper products and bring their own vacuums/supplies. That might sound simple and expected, but it's often not the case with other companies. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services. Lisa's response was sarcastic and unprofessional.
