In the past we had hired cleaners that used abrasive rags or inappropriate chemicals on our counters or stainless steel. Success Cleaning uses the proper products and bring their own vacuums/supplies. That might sound simple and expected, but it's often not the case with other companies. They initially start the cleaning with photos, but it's very telling that the photos are in their favor so that it looks well however, when you dive deep into the cleaning, it's not cleaned.. the products use were from the dollar tree so therefore their water down and did not last. My guest found trash in their bed after being made up mirrors were not clean corners of each room we're not clean, but it had dust and dirt cabinets were not cleaned in the bathroom not even dusted on the outside. Mirrors were not cleaned in the bedrooms under the bed, was not dusted or swept in their hardwood floors in the master trash is found in the bed in my guest bedroom as my guest slept. There are complete stains and clutter in the kitchen area no appliances were wiped down and the microwave was not cleaned out as it was supposed to as well as dusting of the shelves was not completed. I end up having to complete the house cleanup on my own after leaving the hospital when I called back and showed pictures of the actual footage versus with my Cleaner hat taken, I was told that they could come back and do what was missed, which was the majority of my house, including my sticky heart with floors throughout every single room because the mop was not changed from the restroom to the regular floors, so it left a residue and almost like a toilet like smell. When I called back, I was told that I would have to pay for an additional cleaning and for an additional person to come out however, when we spoke over the phone, I was told by Miss Terry that two people would come out and that she had called me to apologize, letting me know that one person was stuck in the rain, but they will be there as soon as possible however, when I asked for the two cleaners to come back and re-clean my home I was told that there will be a another hundred dollar 50 charge this is absolutely ridiculous and I think that it's a fraud as well as a scam. The owner actually replied to our inquiry and was very quick to respond with a reasonable price and availability that worked (literally next day) for us. She asked what areas were to be concentrated on and showed up on time. She sent a text prior to arrival to confirm traffic and so long as you update me, I'm flexible but it's nice to get a heads-up. We did several bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room and den floors and some countertop areas. Bedrooms aren't hard for me to do though she does offer changing linens as well, so I had her concentrate on the things I struggle with--namely floors, toilets, tub/shower, and countertops. I did a walk-through and there was a small area on the kitchen counters that was missed but likely due to a lot of appliances on the counters, so I cleared what I could and she volunteered to go back over them (our counters have this crummy porous texture being granite and hold a lot of unknown stuff being multicolored). I went back and they were shining and absolutely smooth to a bare finger touch. Great job on our wooden floors which I know are a beast to clean but she uses Bona which is what we prefer as well. Attaching some pics, our house has pets and is older from the 70's but smelled clean and fresh afterwards and the cleaning is a huge help to prepare for guests and maintain going forward. Though ours was mostly a one-time thing, I would definitely use this same service again for cleaning esp if I have company coming. Photos show the type of counters we have and how clean the floor was after in the breakfast room (despite the kitties LOL). She was mindful of my pets not getting out and is fine with working around them which was a nice plus. I'm extremely picky when it comes to cleaners, as I feel like they don't typically pay attention to the little things like I do, but Jessica does!! She noticed all of the little details and makes sure they are cleaned. She cared for my home as if it was her own. She even found rust under the shower drain in my new construction and took extra time to clean it. She even went and got dog friendly floor cleaner after she learned I had dogs, and gave me the cleaner and rags she was using after I said I loved the smell. Truly goes the extra mile! She is just the sweetest! She was very reasonable on price and was willing to negotiate. I will be hiring her for recurring cleanings soon! I highly recommend her!
