That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to confirm my usual crew. I let the crew know I'd be leaving during the cleaning and asked them to leave through the back door (which is deadbolt only and impossible to lock from outside). Note: I've done many times before without issue. Instead, they locked both the back door and the front door, including the knob on my keyless entry front door, which should never be locked. I came home to find myself completely locked out during triple-digit heat. I waited 45 minutes for a locksmith and paid $120 out of pocket, and my front door was scratched during entry. While I was home, an expensive bottle of facial product was also broken during the visit. After a few email exchanges with the company where they did not seem to care about the customer experience, I asked for the issue to be escalated to management. I received a reply though it's unclear whether it actually came from someone in a management role. The company denied any responsibility for the locksmith cost and the broken facial product. Overall, there was no real customer service effort to make things right. I wanted to leave an honest review because three years of loyalty should count for something when something goes wrong. Be cautious when considering this company. if you're not going to be home, confirm exactly who is coming, and don't assume your usual crew will show up. Take pictures of anything out of the ordinary or broken since the company will not take the customers word.

With that being said though, I would not recommend their services and I am extremely dissatisfied. We paid extra for a deep clean which was well over two hundred dollars for my 1,000 SF home. It was supposed to take multiple hours and it took them less than two. When arriving back home, the bare minimum had not even been touched. The fans and blinds had not been dusted. They vacuumed only what they could see, they wiped down only what they could see and went around lamps, candles, books, etc. The few things that they did move were not put back in the correct spot and left in random places. The cleaning products they used left residue on the few things they did touch. We specifically pointed out two vents that needed to be cleaned, didn't touch those. Kitchen sink hadn't been touched. When reaching out to get a refund, they offered us a refund of the difference between a basic clean and the deep clean that we upgraded to. A basic clean is still close to two hundred dollars and I would say a basic clean is far stretched for what actually was done. Our home looked exactly the same, if not worse from things being misplaced, from when the service started. I hope other people have had better experiences but unfortunately, I feel like I was scammed and the services provided were not what was advertised. Great people, maybe they just need to reevaluate their standards and maybe it was just the cleaners we got that day! Either way, clear expectations need to be set prior to their commitment!

The owner actually replied to our inquiry and was very quick to respond with a reasonable price and availability that worked (literally next day) for us. She asked what areas were to be concentrated on and showed up on time. She sent a text prior to arrival to confirm traffic and so long as you update me, I'm flexible but it's nice to get a heads-up. We did several bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room and den floors and some countertop areas. Bedrooms aren't hard for me to do though she does offer changing linens as well, so I had her concentrate on the things I struggle with--namely floors, toilets, tub/shower, and countertops. I did a walk-through and there was a small area on the kitchen counters that was missed but likely due to a lot of appliances on the counters, so I cleared what I could and she volunteered to go back over them (our counters have this crummy porous texture being granite and hold a lot of unknown stuff being multicolored). I went back and they were shining and absolutely smooth to a bare finger touch. Great job on our wooden floors which I know are a beast to clean but she uses Bona which is what we prefer as well. Attaching some pics, our house has pets and is older from the 70's but smelled clean and fresh afterwards and the cleaning is a huge help to prepare for guests and maintain going forward. Though ours was mostly a one-time thing, I would definitely use this same service again for cleaning esp if I have company coming. Photos show the type of counters we have and how clean the floor was after in the breakfast room (despite the kitties LOL). She was mindful of my pets not getting out and is fine with working around them which was a nice plus. She noticed all of the little details and makes sure they are cleaned. She cared for my home as if it was her own. She even found rust under the shower drain in my new construction and took extra time to clean it. She even went and got dog friendly floor cleaner after she learned I had dogs, and gave me the cleaner and rags she was using after I said I loved the smell. Truly goes the extra mile!
