Very unprofessional, I canceled my future appointment. For the amount you are paying their stylist should be made to follow through as well with better customer service.

The layout of the Salon gave openness and harmony with earth tone, woodsy elements. I don't mind people being social and going to salons that are buzzing with music or the news, however, I found it very calming to have had my appointment almost on my own in a spacious open air salon. No disruptive screens! During the wash and conditioning at the sink, I was able to relax fully in the chair. It was so nice to sink into my locks being pampered on and soaking up all the lovely moisture and serenity of the salon .... Plus, the option of a hot neck towel? yes, please! Thank you for taking the time to help me figure out where I'm at and where I'm going with my long hair journey. I'm a happy human, especially after figuring out how to blend and style my new bangs after rocking (and growing back out) the micro bangs from earlier in the year.

I had to go with 5 stars, because 10 just isn't available... I was referred to Jen to fix some issues I was having with my hair extensions, and not only did she do an incredible job of fixing what I had going on, but I was able to see the intricate, artistic detail she uses in her work. She is extremely skilled at what she does. I decided to switch to the NBR extension method after learning more about the process and seeing all of her beautiful work. She is upfront and honest about her process and pricing, and she lets you know what to expect every step of the way. She turns what could be a tedious process into a beautiful self-care day. She transformed my hair first with a multi-dimensional brunette color, and then added in extensions that feel secure, invisible, and comfortable to wear. I am in love with my hair, and I am so incredibly happy to have found Jen. I highly recommend her work. read more

Honestly, Jen is the best hair stylist in Fort Collins. She saved my hair a few years ago when a stylist gave me lowlights without my consent. First off, I'm a natural dirty blonde and have never been anything but blonde. When I say lowlights I really mean the previous stylist literally put black, blotchy stripes all throughout my hair to add "dimension". I was completely devastated, and thought I would have to live with such a horrible dye job. Luckily, I found a salon she worked at and she was able to almost reverse the damage that was done. Ever since that appointment I have not let anyone else touch my hair. She not only is highly skilled but she has such a wonderful heart and soul that you can't help but fall in love with her. I decided to try a new hair stylist and found Jennifer. The moment I saw her I knew she would do amazing hair! She took the time during our consult to understand what I wanted. During my appointment, she took her time and made me feel confident that I knew I would look great when she was done. I have dark brown hair with blonde highlights throughout my entire head . I also have a reddish brassy hue that I hate. Jennifer did a great job creating the blonde I love and the highlights are so evenly done. I highly recommend Jennifer for highlights. I have been going to Jennifer since 2014 when I moved to Fort Collins. I went in for a blow out before an interview at CSU. My hair looked FANtastic!! I have been going back ever since because I have the hair I always wanted and never had. We've gone through a couple of different color changes and cut a bunch off and I love it. It is easy to take care of and looks great. I have coworkers who've gone to her because of my color. I'm at the point where I trust her 100%. She understands my limitations with high-maintenance hair upkeep and she gives me something I can be successful with. I can bring her an idea for a cut or color change and she'll be honest and explain why it won't work with my hair or what will work better. I have never been disappointed. Jennifer and Summer are wonderful from everything from the wash and scalp massage to custom color and extensions! I've been seeing Jen for all my hair needs for 3.5 years and have seen her business grow from a small studio salon to her new beautiful salon and bringing Summer on board. Jennifer is very knowledgeable about color and custom extensions. I've had extensions 24/7 for the last 2 years and have been taking my very dark hair blonde for many years. Even with all that my natural hair is super healthy (because Jen won't do anything to hurt it- even if you ask) and my extensions are seamless. People compliment me on my hair everyday! Jen made my hair dreams come true! I have really curly hair and the extension specialists I reached out to before Jen said it wouldn't be possible to match my hair, and Jen proved them wrong! Not only was my experience incredible because of the quality of work she did, but also because she is bubbly, kind, and super fun to talk to. And she does it again! A year ago, I had Jen dye my hair purple-not an easy feat! She killed it on the first try and every maintenance dye that followed. I received dozens of compliments almost daily and it soon became my signature look! Fast forward to now when I decided to retire the purple and switch it up to burgundy and a bob. Serums, oils, supplements, etc. I've always been afraid to try hair extensions because I wasn't sure if I had enough hair to begin with, or even strong enough hair. I've always heard they're damaging to your hair so I am very protective of the little I have. To make my hair look somewhat normal, I would use a 1/4 can of big sexy hair root boost, living proof thickener, blow dry upside down and then crimp underneath it to give it volume, and then curl it. It's been a process each time and it's irritated my scalp. I had to cut off my hair in October because it was just so damaged. After doing more research, I stumbled upon IBE hair extensions and I figured I would give it a shot. I found Shelby through the site and saw she had some pretty good Google reviews so I thought I'd make an appointment to see if I was a good candidate. The consultation went so well and she gave me so much hope. She was able to work around my schedule to get me in quickly too. The entire experience was incredible and her passion, thoughtfulness, meticulousness and thoroughness are extremely evident during the whole process. I was blown away by every part of the appointment, the coloring, the cutting, toning, etc., and she has such an amazing personality and knew how to make me comfortable and in tune with everything she did. At the end, when I saw the final product, I cried. Shelby gave me something I've wanted for so long and all the emotions from this journey just hit me at once. I feel so indebted to her and I am so happy she is now part of my journey moving forward. I promise you, you will not leave disappointed and I will sing her praises wherever I go. She gave me a new life and I'm so grateful I found her.
