She explains complex eye health in plain English, covering everything from current options to future advancements. Unlike other places where your prescription is set and done, she took the time to explain how an inflamed cornea was causing my daily vision fluctuations and carefully calculated my astigmatism prescription to find the true midpoint rather than relying solely on a single day's measurement. That level of thoroughness, experience, and patient education sets her far apart. Angelina has an incredible eye for frame selection and knows exactly what flatters your face and personal style. Hali is a "gifted frame adjuster"--a true master of her craft! Her work goes far beyond a quick heat and bend; she custom molds frames to the contours of your head for a flawless fit. Got my new glasses and was quite happy for the first year. Full disclosure, the initial destruction of my glasses was my fault, letting my daughter get ahold of it. I took the frames and lens in and asked to purchase a replacement frame. Transaction was fine, new frames came in a week later and they reinstalled the lens. A couple days later began my current 2 and half month so far ordeal. While driving with the replacement glasses the frame snapped right around the lens. I took the frame in and asked the staff if there was a warranty on the frames, as they broke literally 2 days after I had recieved them. I was told yes, and they asked if they could send the lens into the lab to shave down the size a bit so it could fit into frames better. I said sure. It has been 2 and a half months since then and I still haven't gotten my glasses back. We've been calling the office pretty much once a week and have gotten responses that they had to follow up, they hadn't gotten a response from the lab, the lab wasn't releasing any of the orders for some unknown reason, that the optometrist needed to clear things up, that the lab has lost the package. The entire time the situation has been treated with a lack of urgency, with us needing to chase after them for updates. At this point I don't know if I'm ever going to recieve my glasses. And my old pair that's about 4 years old is falling apart

I saw Dr. Dang back then and got the standard set of eye tests, and he found the parameters for my prescription. They have a large selection of frames, and I ended up with a nice pair of Oakleys that I still have to this day. Since I no longer have vision insurance, I have gotten new lenses a few times over the years from Costco. Since I got the frames here, I stop by once every few years when something doesn't feel right, or if the nose pads seem worn. Diane always seems to be at the front desk, and amazingly remembers me every time I walk in the door even though it is pretty infrequent. She is always so friendly and helpful, and adjusts my frames perfectly every time. I really should get a quote for new lenses from them next time, maybe it is not that much of a difference even without insurance. Dr. Dang was great, and Diane is the best.
