Steve coated and repaired my roof in Aug 2017 and approximately 1 month later I found water in my basement. Ultimately, I found that the source of my basement water was a leaky toilet next door. His suggestions and guidance really made the difference! They found out the problem was not my roof, but on my neighbors, so there's nothing they could do, right? Wrong, they worked out a deal to help us get my neighbors roof fixed immediately so that the problem would not get worse over the next 3 days of rain we are expecting I have no patience for dealing with home related problems, and I try to find companies that care about their reputation and the quality of their work for this exact reason.
