I'm a business owner myself, and I do not leave negative reviews often. I also paid the $900+ bill in full, despite everything that happened. Given the damage and the quality of the work, I feel they should have at least offered some type of discount or adjustment. At the end of the experience, I was left with a broken lock, windows that weren't properly cleaned, cobwebs still in the windows, and an actual broken window that they claim was already broken. I'm sharing this because I feel others should be aware of my experience before hiring this company. I'm also happy to discuss my experience with anyone who would like more information.
