They were able to come to my home for the estimate the very next day. They told me the cause was surface water from the outside that came in through the walls, which ended up making it not covered by my homeowners insurance policy. They were able to give me a quote within 2 days (since they came to my home on a weekend). I feel the quote was beyond reasonable and they "gave me a break" knowing I was going to need to pay out of pocket. Victor Sotolotto made the home visit for my estimate. He was so friendly and did a wonderful job explaining everything in detail to me. He was very patient with all of my questions as I knew nothing about the type of work I needed done!! Victor even went around my home and told me how I could help prevent any further water intake by adding some grading around the edge of my foundation. He recommended the gutter extensions to lead the water away from my home as well. Victor and his co-worker, Michael Bailey, even made a voluntary 2nd visit to my home so they could be there to help me explain to my insurance adjuster the cause of the water damage to verify if it would be covered, which it wasn't. After the adjuster left they even helped me put on my gutter extensions and noticed a wasp nest in the making above the overhang of my front door. Michael went above and beyond and even knocked the nest down for me while I waited safely inside. I was leaving on a cruise the following week when they were to do the work while I was away, and wanted a piece of heavy electronics equipment moved before I left because it was in the basement where they needed to work and I wanted to make sure it was safe and out of the way. They volunteered to move it for me!! When I returned from my cruise and the work was done, a few larger items were out of place and too heavy for me to move back by myself. I messaged Victor and he and Michael came to my home with two other co-workers within 30 minutes and moved the larger items back for me. Words can't express how pleased I am with their professionalism, excellent customer service, and how they went above and beyond what they really needed to do. They even were able to knock my bill down a bit knowing that it wasn't covered by my insurance. I'm very pleased with the finished product!!

To say that the situation was challenging would be an understatement, but Gabe never wavered in dealing with the insurance company and the many vendors that were involved in the reconstruction of my home. Their work is impeccable, and Gabe spent many hours working on my case to ensure that everything was done to my specifications and within the allotted budget. He also worked tirelessly to incorporate some other renovation projects into the rebuild so that everything would be done on time. The space was completely transformed. It no longer feels like a basement bedroom, but rather a true extension of our home. It feels warm, fresh, and thoroughly sanitized. Lee also worked on our master bathroom, which is hands down the most used room in our house. Our children spend a lot of time in there, so keeping it truly clean matters so much to us. The service tech Ben was more concerned with me having one car in my driveway and another being parked in front of my house that was a loaner or my mom. I truly believe that he saw that and me having a home and decided to overcharge and incorrectly diagnose service resulting in me stuck with a monthly payment that accrues interest. There was no pipe collapsed as he noted and I was not provided the video evidence showing that. All I knew, being in my home for only two months is that water was backing up in my basement and after taking a shower or flushing the toilet, the water in the basement had to be removed from the basement sink one bucket at a time. When cleaning the pipe, Ben only removed some old fabric softener sheets. I was able to flush and run shower not seeing any water at that moment, but he noted it still was not fixed telling me to look at how low the water was in the pipe...later I found out that this is the same even after their thousands of dollars repair. I didn't know what to do and no where to turn. He actually said you cant have one issue without the other even though I saw no collapse pipe. Young and dumb...listening to a professional I thought because I did not know. During the entire pipe line replacement, no one communicated with me. If water would be turned off, turned back on, what I should do afterwards, nothing. It appears this company has a record of steering single women the wrong way for their own benefit. I'm glad the three other women I've seen that had similar experiences had a father or male figure to turn to avoid this. I would not recommend for women.
