A couple of individuals recommended Brandywine Resurfacing by name, and even though the current COVID19 situation is cause for concern, we managed to get a visit scheduled. WOW! Most businesses put photos of their best work, not their everyday cases, on their website. As a result, you may experience that quality of work, you may not. The photos on Brandywine Resurfacing's web site looked amazing, and we would have hired Joe on that basis alone, but when we saw the end results of his work - well, they actually exceeded the pictures online. Now we have a bathroom to be proud of, and at a fraction of the price (and of far better quality, I wouldn't doubt) than a larger company (who will remain nameless, but whose name rhymes with Darth Hitters) had quoted us. Just through talking to Joe, I can see that he is "old school" and really takes pride in his work to the extreme, and his customers benefit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who asked. I can't say that I know of anyone else who does the same work, but with these results, I have no reason to look elsewhere. I don't usually write effusive reviews, but then I'm not normally blown away by the standard of work done to this extent. When he left it was like a whole a brand new bathtub. There is only one tiny place where there had been a chip missing when he did the refinishing and he is coming back to fix it. He had warned me that might be the case. He is honest about what he will be able to achieve. Everything the other reviewer wrote about his meticulous work is absolutely true. He really takes the time to explain everything he will be doing so there are no surprises. He is always really busy so it might take a while to hear back from him.
