Wayne K, the owner, was one of my best friends. Shame our relationship had to end on a sour note. The guy knows what he's doing and has a large customer base that spans 3 states, that I know of personally. Unfortunately, the company has had a high turnover in the past where some of his workers were competent and others had little respect for the processes involved. This man has resurrected &/or stopped structures from complete collapse, renovated or designed many structures in and outside. Some of the locations he's worked on, the side of mountains or steep hills, other times, large businesses. His employees were few but their responsibilities were endless and at times they worked harder than the men in the armed forces.
To touch on the note below from a customer who had left a poor review. I don't think you were a customer or if you were, you must have tried cheating Wayne in some fashion because all of his work had always been thorough. I believe you're simply competition, as Wayne always expected the best work from hi employees and from what I remember, asked the customer about their satisfaction with the job every step of the way.
