As the date of the inspection approached, Tom was great about communicating with reminders etc. Tom arrived early to the appointment and was very thorough. Even though this was new construction, he did find some issues that I know we would never have found, or even thought to look for. During the inspection, Tom was great about answering questions as he went along and explained things are a perfect level- not too complex for us to understand but also not over-simplified as if he was talking to a child. Tom was very courteous and professional and we really appreciated all his feedback. Finally when he produced his written report, he was great about answering questions around the report, including providing us guidance on how the assess the repairs he recommended in his report. All in all, 360 was a great company to work with; and Tom specifically provided us spectacular service.

My brother-in-law, who came with me, knew way more. He missed pointing out the obvious. He couldn't answer any questions I had. His only response was "you'd need to talk to an expert". I want to thank Tim Mogelesky not only for the thorough inspection he conducted of my soon-to-be…read morehome but also for his calm and respectful demeanor while explaining the report to me and particularly to my mom. You see, my mom, hate to say it, can be quite snappy and aggressive and has tested other's patience in plenty a business transaction. Tim, however, never raised his voice, never got annoyed, and throughout the conversation calmly and thoroughly explained each item in the report and addressed each and every concern that she had, which unfortunately as I've seen is not a trait everyone has. Will note of course that Tim did an excellent job at the home inspection being very detail oriented throughout. He also took the time to explain everything to me during the inspection. It made me feel better to have someone as knowledgeable and pleasant as Tim to do my inspection and to help put me at ease.
