Water was slow-leaking in from the sides as the flashing was rotted and poorly installed. These guys were timely starting with the first meeting. They showed up early for their scheduled installation time, and worked their butts off until they left. The project supervisor was here the whole time and actually came back out a few days later to pretty-up the inside walls where they had to cut and re-figure. They matched the roof tiles that had to be replaced, installed all kinds of wet proofing stuff (I am not construction-term savvy), and top of the line flashing and skylight from Velux. Their pricing was not low, but I felt reasonable for the professional work that was done and I would use them again when I need them for roofing/siding/shit like that.:-)

They were priced in the middle, but I could tell they had far more experience than the lesser option and it seemed like they would provide a professional and very clean look. I have an older home and was expecting some unknowns to occur, and they handled everything very well. They provided options to address the issues and some very good ballpark prices.

They clearly have no interest in standing behind their work. They left nails all over my yard, which is dangerous and completely unacceptable. That alone tells you everything about their level of care and professionalism. This company comes across as nothing more than storm chasers looking for quick jobs and fast money. Once the contract is signed, they don't care about the quality of the work or the customer. They even pressure you to leave a positive review before the job is finished, which makes their ratings hard to trust. Avoid this company. STAY AWAY!!

I had also reached out to Angi (Home Advisor) and while they were professional and timely in quotes, Triple Pine / Michael had the best pricing AND was able to work with our schedule. Their labor warranty of 10 years is unparalleled in my experience, and reflects their confidence in their workmanship (vs 1 year labor warranty from others.) this deceptive company has zero integrity and will lie to your face then hide behind the fine print…read moreof their contracts. i contracted them to replace my roof and several wood sheets due to a leak over my infants bedroom. they documented the bad wood then failed to replace it and told me it was up to their discretion to decide if it needed fixing during the job. they claimed it was to my benefit to "reduce costs" yeah right. I insisted to have them show me any wood that needed replacing and they replaced the sheet atound my chimney without my permission instead of the area that was leaking. They said they knocked on the door and I didn't answer which is comical considering I cant make out the difference between their pathetic weak little knocks over the sounds of tools banging all over my roof. their entire workforce consisted of illegals that didn't speak any english and their lack of respect for the customers property led to extensive damages that they claim they have no responsibility for. one of their incompetent workers stepped threw the drywall in my attic destroying my ceiling in my office and they refuse to make it right. they also did numerous damages to my garden planters around my deck and killed plants that were dormant for winter. they left large nails and screws all over my driveway that could have done severe tire damage to my vehicles and then brushed off my concerns saying "oops we cant be expected to get them all". mind you these fastners were 8" in length and plainly visible to the naked eye. The absolute lack of integrity and professionalism from this business is disgusting. Please heed this warning and find someone better to do business with. Because Diversified has absolutely no business ethics. If you decide to continue with I recommend getting every last little detail of what you want or expect in writing in the contract or don't sign it. They will lie to your face and pressure you to sign saying whatever they have to in order to steal from you. this review would be zero stars if possible.

A tree hit my roof back in January of 2024. And I had Jim come by in April and give me a quote. And…read morethe quote was very reasonable, far less than I expected. Unfortunately, the insurance company played a lot of games and I was only able to hire Jim for the job a year latter. In June after re quoting the job in May But No surprise there with tariffs And inflation? It did go up, but not nearly as bad as I was afraid. I told Jim I didn't want him to start till the tree surgeons had cut down all the other giant trees. I didn't want any more things falling on the House. And so he showed up 2 days after the tree guys perfect timing. And his guys completed the job in 3 days. First of all, it's lasted through some hellacious rainstorms. And now that I have gutters and everything's well ordered and set up. I had no water in my basement. There were no leaks in the roof, Of course that's what you expect, but life has taught me that that's not what you always get, but it did the job perfectly one less worry off my mind. Jim's men worked quickly and professionally in the incredibly hot weather, I was impressed at the effort they put out. The craftsmanship was first class as this house had been reroofed in 1980 and everything else was from 1946 a bit worn. So there was a lot of little. Things that needed to be straightened out and righted. When he was finished. Everything looked fantastic, all the soffits and fascia. And gutters and downspouts match the actual color of the house better than I could even hoped. And. When they were done, everything was cleaned up. There was no debris or nails or things like that floating around. So I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the craftsmanship was extremely neat, They also had to replace some siding. And. You wouldn't even know it was not ceader but fiber cement. The other positive as my house took other damage from the Tree and after dealing with a bunch of contractors to replace a porch and a. Garage. I can say Jim shows up on time. He's professional. His quotes are reasonable and he is easy to work and does what he says. more so than anyone else I've dealt with in the last year and a half.
