Upon arrival, the team went right to work, diagnosed the exact problem, replaced the damaged part, and checked for any additional damage. Before I knew it, everything was working perfectly. I was able to settle the bill with my credit card and it was quite reasonable. Prior to leaving, they gave me information which helped shape my expectations for how long it would take for my home to return to it's normal temperature. A couple of years ago our A/C unit stopped working on a 96 degree day. Lang had someone here and they were able to get us up and running within a few hours. We knew our unit was near the end of it's life (and so did Lang) but they never pressured us to buy a new unit. When we decided the time was right to replace our unit we comparison shopped and chose Lang. The people who come for service calls are completely professional, friendly and helpful.
