There is no sign by the register mentioning this either. When I confronted the cashier about this, she said "it's written somewhere back there" and pointed vaguely to the back of the store. When I asked to simply undo/refund the transaction so I could add my sister-in-law's Sprite and thus get above the $5 level, cashier said "we can't refund or change card purchases at all, only cash purchases." This shop has all types of local jams, butters and concoctions along with you guessed it....beautiful baskets and hand crafted accessories. I ended up with some local honey (great for battling the local allergens I hear) and some peach pecan syrup. I also enjoyed the jewelry and crystal area.
