He will run further tests until he can figure out what is wrong. He is very good about fitting people into his schedule whenever he can, even if that means working through lunch or late. The nurses are all very kind and if you call, he will always get back to you either by lunch time or at the end of the day. Sometimes the wait is long but that is usually because he has probably squeezed someone in who was sick, so I don't mind as I've been in the same position. I definitely recommend this practice and especially Dr. Steven Eversley.

Because Dr. Curtis took the time to perform an examination I've never had an internist do, my breast cancer was detected while it was still Stage 1. She referred me to a wonderful oncologist and was very caring through the treatment and beyond. You'll wait awhile for a new patient appointment, but once you've been established as a patient, you'll not have a problem getting an appointment when you're sick. She accepts most if not all insurances as well.

It does not matter if you send emails or messages through their patient portal -- you simply do not get answers. I reached out multiple times and was ignored. Because they failed to follow up with me, I was forced to book an entire medical appointment and pay a copay just to get information I should have received by email. I wasted both my time and my money. It is now January 13 and I am still without the medication I need and still without a proper reply. This is unacceptable and irresponsible patient management. Healthcare providers should not leave patients in the dark, especially when medications are involved. I will absolutely be going elsewhere.

I called the office directly and have on audio recording saying they are in-network for the specific Tricare plan, which again, is said otherwise by Tricare.
