I was charged twice for a bill that I had already paid six months ago. When I tried to explain the situation, the accounting person wouldn't listen and kept insisting I hadn't paid. I eventually found proof of payment through my bank, but there was no apology. Because of this experience, I've lost trust in their accounting system. Make sure to always request and keep your payment receipts each time you pay.

My previous dentist had clearly told me that if it hurt again, I would need a root canal and a crown. I told Dr. Yeh clearly that I wanted a root canal and had even purchased dental insurance specifically for that reason. But he insisted it wasn't necessary yet and that the nerve was still fine -- so he suggested another filling. I trusted his judgment at the time because he spoke Chinese and seemed experienced. He said he would fill two teeth, but without clearly informing me, he filled three. Afterward, I had pain, bite problems, and eventually a gum fistula -- a sign of infected or necrotic pulp. I contacted him again, but by that point I had completely lost trust and refused further treatment. Even with insurance, I paid around $450 out-of-pocket. The money isn't the main issue -- it's the feeling of being misled and ignored, despite being clear about what I wanted. Now years later, I still regret not insisting on what I knew was right for me. I'm sharing this so others can make better-informed decisions. Just because someone speaks your language doesn't mean they'll act in your best interest. Please be cautious.

Jami went over all the financial details for the brace options. I ended up going with traditional braces. I am happy I chose this office. Both Dr. Woloshyn and her treatment coordinator took care to include my daughter in the conversation. My daughter enjoyed being at this office and she was excited about submitting artwork to enter in the office's annual wall calendar art contest. Each year the office publishes a calendar featuring artwork by patients (the subject must include braces). She also liked the "credit card" she was given along with instructions as to how she can accumulate points towards various rewards. Dr. Woloshyn was compassionate about my daughter's complex orthodontic status and she explained things clearly to me. As a mother who is prone to worry, I really appreciated her kindness. Dr. Woloshyn's treatment plan for my daughter is thorough and well thought-out. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Woloshyn to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

Since I did not want xrays they booked my appt and canceled it without giving me the same notice they require from their patients. They did not care about my health or the recommendations from my specialist and even ditched my husband that was willing to have xrays. They don't care about the patient. This entire practice, from the front end to the assistants and dentists, are completely worth the drive I make from Bellingham to see them. I am convinced they only employ the most knowledgeable and talented individuals of their fields who also happen to be genuinely compassionate people; and it's something like that that can give someone like me the comfort to know I'm being taken care of, because they've seen it all. Wish I could give this place more stars than the button let's me, and I never leave reviews. The Rosengren practice is worth it.

My daughter had braces for 4 years, was a patient of Haeger Orthodontics (Kent/Maple Valley) and this place is night and day in comparison. We were absolutely spoiled with Haeger. Pristera does not open until 8am (so never a before school option), they will not schedule appointments out so if we need to cancel or reschedule it is usually another month wait. They charge for EVERY broken bracket - for kids braces. The cost of son's broken brackets alone by the time we are done will probably be another $1k. There are a lot of very young newer in career assistants and the doctor does not come out (for me anyway) to ever give me an update on my son's progress. Office staff are not friendly. The office in Renton is old, dingy and not cozy at all. Not even coffee or water available while parents wait. Haeger's had fresh baked cookies, Keurig machine, water bottles, ice cream in the summer, iPads and nice clean books for kids waiting, magazines for parents, monthly contests like spirit week where kids could collect coins to cash in at the end of treatment for gifts cards. This place is the same price with none of the above. I'm not even sure they have in office WiFi. I rather sit in my car and use my hotspot. If I wasn't locked into a contract I would absolutely switch to another provider. April 2024 First impression - office lobby (Renton) is dated and dingy. Not even a coffee/water station for parents waiting. 5% discount for paying in full is is a poor discount, most other orthos offered at least 10%. After committing and signing the contract I immediately began having regrets. At the first appointment the doctor and techs did not sound confident in my son's treatment plan. They kept saying we'll try to correct, try to fix. For $7k I was expecting them to be saying we are going to fix his teeth and give him the smile he wants! It's a lot of money to be a gamble, I'd much rather you be honest and say you can either fix his teeth or not. Will update as treatment begins.
