I had seen Dr Graves back in 90's. I'm so happy he's still here in same office! Dr. Graves will go into every detail what needs to be done. If your scared of needles, and have anxiety over dental work, you must see him! My procedure everytime was easy and painless. Staff are also the best! Your in good hands coming to this office! read more

Dr. Graves provides a welcoming environment with a wealth of knowledge. Pleasant experience with this doctor who provided tremendous care in handling wisdom teeth removal. Very satisfied and pleased with the services. read more

Our family was referred to Dr. Graves by our dentist for our son's wisdom teeth removal. He also performed my other son's surgery over 10 years ago, so we knew we were in good hands. Dr. Graves is friendly, has a great bedside manner, and takes the time to be thorough. He walked us through the risks and benefits, gave us a clear estimate, and didn't pressure us--just honest, candid guidance. The staff is young, energetic, and made our son feel at ease throughout the process. They create a welcoming environment that helps take the edge off what could otherwise be a stressful experience. We truly appreciate the professionalism and warmth from the entire team. Highly recommend! read more

This dental office has shady billing practices so check your bill carefully!! They will bill you to the max and hope that you will just pay the bill without a question. Their bill states "both plans paid. After adjustment patient portion is $922." I have DUAL dental coverage and my insurance paid the amount in full. I also paid a small co-pay, which my dental insurance stated my bill was paid 100%. Getting a refund is literally like pulling teeth from this dental office. I called the office to follow up on my refund, after waiting for a whole month. I called and asked for Corina, the main staff there. The receptionist (Adriana) stated "she is not in the office today." I asked to speak with an office manager and Corina comes on the phone. (More LIES and more SHADY practices). I asked Corina why did the receptionist lie that she was not there. Corina's response, "oh... because we've been so busy." Such a lame and pathetic excuse!!! Unfortunately, the dental insurance rep. also had the same unprofessional experience from this office. The staff at this dental office lack integrity and customer service skills. Not worth the headache to deal with their dishonest, greedy, unprofessional billing practices and staff. RUN from this place!!!! They will nickel and dime you. read more

Jeffery R. Graves, DDS - BEWARE BILLING PRACTICES!! Overbilled $922 Correct balance: ZERO! Big discrepancy - Oral Surgeons Near Me - Vallejo, California

I'm retired from healthcare and tend to have a critical eye. With that said, Dr. Graves is the most stellar oral surgeon you'll ever find! He has excellent oral surgery skills, his IV skills are better than most Anesthesiologists, his post care is impressive and he has heart and compassion at every point! Honestly, I scrutinize everything in the medical realm and Dr. Graves surpasses the norm and comes out superior on every level! If you're in need of an Oral Surgeon and get fearful and anxious, you seriously won't find better! I can't sing his praises high enough......and he's treated every member of my family for varying degrees of oral surgery. Finding Dr. Graves many years ago was such a priceless gift! Five stars truly isn't enough! read more

In times where I am personally very leary of trusting opinions of dental recommendations and price gouging, Dr Graves and hus team are trustworthy and do great work. Dr. Graves is honest and caring with his recommendations and ultimately took care of a painful tooth issue I'd been dealing with for months...with no success from two other dentist. read more

Dr Graves is an awesome surgeon. Very gentle and wants to make sure your comfortable .

Dr.Graves is the best! His staff is wonderful as well. 10/10 recommend to any family or friends that need oral surgery.

This Review is for both the Rotary Way Oral Surgery and The Benicia Oral surgery so I will copy and paste to both. I had originally started with an appointment at Benicia Oral Surgery and after going once the manager Tressy was so rude I decided to try Rotary Way and their manager Carina was no better. They both have that better than you, know it all attitude. Idk how they became the managers with those people skills but I'm guessing the company was out of options. I didn't end up getting my treatment done in either of those offices but I did end up going to Green Valley oral surgery and they get my 5 Stars but I'll be giving them a review Shortly. I in no way would ever recommend either Benicia or Rotary way offices. Due to the staff not due to the doctors In any way. read more

Dr. Graves did my daughter's wisdom tooth extraction. He had a good bedside manner and the surgery was fine. The anesthesia process was very scary for her as they did not explain what they were doing. Not a deal-breaker, but this last year his family has been vocally and publicly anti mask. I'm not sure if he shares these views, but this makes me very uneasy and we are going with a different surgeon for my son. read more

I was referred to Dr. Graves because of severe (9-10) pain in my upper and lower jaw. I thought it was my wisdom teeth. They squeezed me in the day I called, because my pain was so severe, which was so nice! Dr. Graves and the receptionists were all wonderful. During his evaluation Dr. Graves determined that it was not a wisdom tooth problem, but a bad tooth. My dentist referred me to a specialist, but that specialist was booked for the day, so I called Dr. Graves office and they referred me to Dr. Cohen, who happened to be right across the way from them. my tooth was fixed later that afternoon. I cannot comment on his ability to take out wisdom teeth, but this doctor was compassionate and he found the real problem and pointed me in the right direction, I am very thankful. If I ever do need my wisdom teeth extracted (please God, no! ; ) )I will be coming back read more

Got my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Graves and he was amazing. His staff was also. They were fast but also very efficient. The staff was very nice to me and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Graves made sure I was feeling okay before i started my surgery. The whole process from pre-op and after. He also called me a few hours after my surgery to check on me and see if I was feeling okay. This doctor and his staff are the best. If you need an oral surgeon he is the one! read more

Had an in person appointment based on my dentist's referral. Office staff great, PPE compliant, very friendly. I was in and out in an hour and a half for an appointment, review of records, and tooth extraction. Definitely recommend. read more

Dr. Graves was my surgeon when I needed all four wisdom teeth pulled--very skilled and very professional, and also gave me the greatest high. I was on Cloud Nine for at least an hour, no pain whatsoever. read more

I was told by a specialist in SF that I needed to have a tooth pulled. I picked Dr. Graves by the reviews on Yelp. After that found out I had a friend who had already went here and had a great experience, so i was feeling very confident with my decision. When I went in for my consultation Dr. Graves suggested I get a second opinion because he wanted to make sure he wasn't going to pull a tooth that could potentially be saved. He immediately hooked me a specialist across the way, Dr. Steven Ryan, DDS. I'm so grateful, Dr. Ryan was willing to try a second root canal and with that he found out what was wrong with my tooth and was able to save me from having to have it pulled. YAY!!! I feel so relieved. Thank you Dr. Graves, thank you Dr. Ryan. I'm so grateful. If I ever have anymore issues I will definitely come to you again. read more

Dr. Graves gave me my dental implant and did a great job. He even made a personal follow-up call the day after to make sure I was doing well. I moved from Vallejo to SF and he even offered to recommend a different surgeon. But I had such a good experience with my tooth extraction that I couldn't trust anyone else to do my implant. read more

I had been having problems with a wisdom tooth that I never had pulled as a teenager. After months of dentist and endodontist visits I opted to have it pulled and went to see Dr Graves. First, let me say that his staff is fantastic. They are warm, friendly and really try to make the patient feel at ease. Dr Graves is a very kind man and he has a calm, soothing demeanor. He was very thorough and covered all of the potential problems and addressed any concerns I might have. On the day of my procedure I was a bit nervous, but I needn't have been. From start to finish, I could not have asked for a better outcome. Dr Graves and his staff are truly exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

My daughter saw Dr. Graves for all 4 wisdom teeth. They were removed at the same appointment and she said it was painless. She went to the Mall the next day and she felt great. The staff was helpful and courteous. They understood my insurance better than I did. read more

This is my second review for Dr. Graves since my family, friends & I are so pleased with his practice. The most resent experience was with my 16-year-old niece who has been putting off the needed removal of her wisdom teeth. Unfortunately, she had a bad experience with an extraction as a child. However, because of my recommendation she decided to get a consultation with Dr. Graves. I promised if she followed his instructions after surgery she would recuperate quickly. Well, the surgery went beautifully and my niece couldn't be happier. Again, kudos to Dr. Graves & his staff! read more

Dr. Graves and his staff are awesome and they make everything simple and easy. During my procedure I didn't feel a thing, not even the shot. Great place and definitely recommend. read more

Got my wisdom teeth removed from Dr Graves office and he was awesome! His staff was as well. They answered all my concerns and followed up on me the next day. My healing was shorter than I thought and everything turned out so well. Thank you Dr. Graves and staff. read more

I left this place genuinely pissed off a few times. Graves says some mean shit sometimes. Other times he's nice but 3 out of 5 appointments I left pretty upset. Same with his staff. I was very nervous and stressed about having my wisdom teeth out and everyone was cold and seemed irritated. My parents also complained about the staff, claiming that they were rude, which annoys me more than anything. Besides that the dentistry was mediocre. I was in some serious pain for over 2 weeks after the procedure. Considering most people leave positive reviews my best guess is that Graves was particularly rude with me because I'm 18 and he figured I wouldn't do much about it. read more

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was so nervous before going in and there isn't one thing I could of asked for differently. He is such a calm chill guy and his staff is extremely friendly. You can really tell they care about their patients and are constantly asking you if you're doing okay. I had my wisdom teeth removed and didn't feel or remember a thing. If you want the best experience of your mouth's life, you need to visit Dr. Graves. read more

Awesome environment. The staff light yet very professional. Dr. Graves truly cares about his patients, it's crystal clear. This is not my regular provider, I was referred by my regular dentist (also awesome). Glad I came. I recommend this dental provider highly. read more

Dr Graves and his staff are very personable, yet professional. A relaxing atmosphere for sure. Dr Graves is absolutely the very best I have ever seen! A trip to the dentist has always been dreaded, as my teeth are very sensitive and I don't stay numb for very long. Not here, the entire ordeal I put off until I couldn't stand it was over so fast and completely painless, even the IV, which I was extremely nervous about. I finally found my dentist for life, he is 5 stars all the way. read more

Dr. Graves and his staff are wonderful. They took amazing care of my 5 year old son. They made him have a awesome experience. Dr. Graves made it clear to me during the consultation that we would see how the appointment went and wouldn't do anything that would make him uncomfortable. That made both my husband and I feel more comfortable for when the appointment came. Thank you so much! I would refer Dr. Graves to anyone! read more

This is a long overdue review.. I went to Dr. Graves about 5 years to get my wisdom teeth out. He made my feel very comfortable with everything. He even called to check up on how I was doing a day or two after the procedure. One day I was having some discomfort due to some dry sockets (since I didn't clean them out well enough) and Dr. Graves took time out of his personal schedule to open up the office just for me on a Saturday morning just so he could clean out my dry sockets to relieve me of my discomfort. I thought that was so kind of him. My brother had also gone to him for his wisdom teeth and also had a positive experience. Dr. Graves is one of the best and I highly recommend him! read more

Dr. Graves and his whole staff were absolutely wonderful. To give you a picture of the scene, I am a 27 year old standing in the front office sobbing like a 2 year old from the sheer fear of having my top wisdom teeth cut out and removed. I tell you what though, the whole staff was incredibly sweet, professional, kind and efficient. They made me feel comfortable and talked to me as they were preparing for the procedure which really helped. I laid down in the chair, they hooked me up to the monitors, Dr. Graves put in the I.V (he did SURPERB! I hardly felt it) and within a couple of minutes this sobbing 27 year old stopped...and said "Is that the medicine? Wow. That's nice". They put the oxygen nose piece on me and said just to breathe in. I didn't even feel the Novocaine injections! the next thing I knew, the nurse said "ok honey, bite down"...the gauze was in and I was on my way. I wouldn't think about going to anyone else to have extractions done. I can't tell you how impressed I was. If you're having any kind of extractions/mouth work done, I can tell you this is your Doctor! Thanks so much Dr. Graves, I can't tell you how much I appreciate that you do what you do! read more
