He recently had a dental emergency around 9 pm on Monday night, I contacted Dr. Clift and she spent hours in the middle of the night making sure he was ok. For instance, they may "ACCEPT" your insurance- as long as YOU pay upfront and get reimbursed later this is NOT where you have your insurance on file and are covered for a certain amount and only have to pay a co-pay or if it goes over that amount. Even when I was speaking with an employee, I had to ask questions for clarity when they said that they did "ACCEPT" the insurance, but there would have to be a reimbursement. It was not explained WHO would be reimbursed, me or the dental office. Although you have your insurance, you are still handling the entire process of payment and reimbursement to yourself, depending upon what services are performed- the insurance company may or may not cover a certain amount of money for certain services, you may just have to pay out-of-pocket altogether. I am giving a four star because of the lack of clarity when advertising that all insurance or specific insurance is accepted and then for the employee to not be able to thoroughly clearly or properly explain the details.
