I am writing this review to speak on the unprofessional service I received when the dentist…read moreinstalled two crowns. I've had crowns before and they were put in by a very good dentist. The dentist at Jefferson was not comparable. She makes a conscious choice to be condescending and arrogant with a smile. Both crown attached with no issues, but because of me not having them replaced quickly enough, created some issues. She did little to no adjustments and acted as if I did not grasp what I was feeling in my mouth when I chewed. She listened to respond and dismissed my issues. I gave her 2 chances to be a professional and actually address my issues. Speaking to me in a condescending manner was not it. Not making the adjustments to ensure i was a satisfied customer shows her lack of regard for me as a patient and a person. I am going on a cruise and typing this from the ship. I went to her with the issues i had and she really made no adjustments. The teeth that are opposite of the crown needed to be adjusted. Something she did not want to do. She did however express to me that i will get used to it. This condescending manner more than anything angered me so much that i had to give this review. I will say that the office staff were excellent when I dealt with them. They were friendly, proficient and professional. They are the only reason I gave this office 2 stars. They should be rewarded with extra pay having to deal with a Dentist that is so unprofessional and arrogant.

absolutely phenomenal experience here!!! READ ON:…read more from the call i first made to inquiry as a new patient, to the moment i walked out the door i was treated kindly and with respect, being genuinely listened to and not rushed like most offices. everyone there, from the techs to Dr. Amin took their time to talk to me and make sure the experience was not just good, but great. I'm talking all the little details that most dont go to the effort to do. they have TVs galore there with your choice of Netflix to watch literally while you are getting work done. they even have a tv on the ceiling! i personally opted to listen to my own podcast, of which the tech paused to let me put on, totally understanding. the entire place is spotless. they say you can tell a lot about a place based on how clean there bathroom is... well this bathroom was immaculate. now to their actual technology, its state of the art. this guy really took investing back into his business serious. they have 3d modeling, high tech (extremely low radiation) x-rays, and even some crazier imaging technology that I've never seen before. another thing was they had a tool with a camera on it that can show the patient the exact up close visual that they see, on the ceiling tv. it's not like the old school way of using a mirror to kind of see what they mean. i saw that thing in 4k HD MAX ZOOM LOL. anyway, their pricing is extremely fair, even for me with no dental paying cash. its the type of business decision that will gain them more customers, as i already prepaid for my next visit and will be referring my partner and anyone else that needs an elite dentist. also the dentist is SWOLE AF, which if he has that kind of discipline, you can surely trust him to be diligent with his dentistry work A-Z. five stars. thanks for everything, even dealing with my overly intrusive material science questions lol.

Dr Maloch came in to see me for 5 minutes and had his hygenist do all the cleaning and dictating of what I needed. The worst part was when I found a reputable dentist who was also in network, he told me I never needed a deeper cleaning ( which was more expensive) and that I had no need to a mouth guard. What was supposed to be 2 - 2 1/2 years for my child is now going on 3 years because of their lack of knowledge.
