    WARNING!!!! Do NOT USE THIS MAN!!!!…read more Lorenz came to my home and told me I had a simple oil leak and towed my car to the "shop" on a Friday. We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

Unfortunately, the experience at Kia of Beavercreek fell well below expectations. Despite advance coordination, the sales representative was unprepared when I arrived. I was assured prior to travel that all‑weather floor mats were available and included, only to be told at delivery that they had not yet arrived--despite knowing I live hours away and would not be returning easily. I had to escalate to management to get these shipped to me, that was not proactively offered while on-site. Just before leaving the dealership, I discovered that the mileage listed on the documents I signed was incorrect by approximately 145 miles. While this was later acknowledged as an error, it was not corrected at the time of delivery, and revised paperwork was sent later without being mutually re-signed, which left me uncomfortable with how it was handled. I also had to turn around and return to the dealership because temporary tags were not installed before I drove off. The most concerning issue came when checking my email, when I received an eDelivery record showing MY customer feedback stating I was "100% satisfied" with the vehicle and my experience, signed with a smiley face, which I did not submit or authorize and which is completely inaccurate. I will not be doing business here again.

    One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service center, zero help from their service…read moredepartment, employees that have zero clue what they are doing, ridiculously outrageous cost estimates that exceeded other more quality places by literal thousands of dollars and will hold your vehicle hostage over whatever ridiculous fees they can before you take it off their overcrowded lot full of cars they can't sell due to their horrible reputation and service. In addition, they will threaten you with trying to take your vehicle even when you are gone on extended military duty and are not home to take care of the situation. Cannot under any circumstances recommend this place for service or sales in any fashion, no wonder they are scaling down operations and laying off staff. I was easily able to make an appointment online and the staff was very upfront and honest about what could be wrong with my car. They assured me that they would fix it in a timely manner and due to my car's warranty I would most likely not have to owe any money. The manager of the service center was extremely nice and personable. I waited a little longer than I would have liked but it was a little over an hour.. nothing unbearable. The waiting room and bathroom was EXTREMELY clean. They had TV's, a phone charging station, and offered coffee. I will be buying a new car in the near future as my lease is about to be up and I would definitely consider going to this Hyundai dealership!
