This chunk of fish was super tasty. I enjoy malt vinegar rather than tartar sauce, and the crispy fried batter soaked it right up. The chips were typical fries and also tasty with ketchup or vinegar. They offered gravy, but I declined. I'll return to this place the next time I'm in Peterborough.

Instead of receiving delivery as scheduled for 5:15 after a follow up call at 6:00 PM the order of soggy chips and barely edible food was dropped off shortly before 7:00. Instead of an apology the restaraunt wanted to tell their tale of woe. Opportunity knocked and will now seek service quality and decency elsewhere. If you promote a service you need to deliver in the deliverables. Shame on Jacks incompetent staff and systems.
