Went for lunch today.We had 2 fish and chips meals and a bahama mama.The server didnt even say Hello.She tossed the menus on the table and took 10 minutes to come for the drink order.The meal was cold and when we asked for some butter we did not receive it. We noticed that the server spent most of her time just chatting with the host.Normally December 6th is a great day for us as we go to Red Lobster to celebrate our anniversary. Food was good a few mussels weren't open and that was a bit disappointing. Server was very nice. Only a 2 because place was very uncomfortably cool. Moved once to a warmer table but seems like some shortly after the move cranked up the air conditioning. Was about 28 outside the building but I would say around 16 inside. Just not an enjoyable experience. Normally don't do surveys but will this time. Within 30 minutes we both had to make a mad dash to the toilet with diarrhea and suspect the muscles were to blame. read more

We had our Valentines lunch there today my steak was the best I have ever had there, when I told the server that she said their steaks were hit and miss, what a horrible thing to say, and Edna had stuffed sole, not only was the sole stuffed but Edna was as well. We had a coupon for a free dessert but brought it home in a doggy bag. My husband and I were at Red Lobster Peterborough last week. We were extremely disappointed with our appetizer which was the Lobster roll. It was served on a hot dog roll and had a very tiny amount of Lobster. The roll was dry and crumbly and Lobster pieces rubbery. We had the fish and chips. My one piece of fish was mushy. The fries were ok but the overall meal was disappointing. The server was good and came back fairly often to give us water. read more

We went here because East Side Marios was closed for renos. I am not a seafood eater but my husband is so we looked online and saw I could get grilled chicken. What they failed to mention is the chicken breast is frozen not fresh so when I cut into it, not only was it rubbery, it was very watery. The Maple cherry glaze they put on it is very good but the fries are frozen too. My husband enjoyed his platter except our server had our table in one room and tables in another room so she was not around to ask for the crackers for his crab legs that she forgot to bring with his meal, then when I asked for water she brought that but forgot the crackers again plus his rice was cold. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because when our server asked why I wasn't eating the chicken and I told her how bad it was, she had the 17.99 removed from our bill. Terrible experience. Salads took 45 minutes. We had no milk for our tea. I had empty glasses of water. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for my entree. I had to leave my sit to find the waitress twice. When you consider the meal was around 100 dollars for two people I have to say it was an awful experience :( read more

I had the Chicken Linguine four-course meal, and it was very greasy and fatty. Soon after finishing this meal I began to feel very sick, and must have received food poisoning. I experienced vomiting and nausea on the way home from the resturant. I suspect the culprit was the chicken, and no I don't have food allergies, so it was not an allergic reaction. I think the meat was contaminated, and I strongly do not recommend this place. read more

So totally disappointed in this place. Growing up going here with my family this location has gone so far downhill!! Service is a hit and miss. Some are great others not so much. My husband and I went and got our normal order all of which is seafood. My request being the trout, again is a hit and miss. Sometimes they have it and other times they don't. So we placed our order, took about 5 mins or so for the waitress to bring our drinks and nothing was said at that point and about 10 mins after that the server came back to our table to let us know there was no more trout. I explained my disappointment at that point stressing that is the only reason we come there now. Out of seafood options I only like trout. So we followed by asking for our bill for the drinks and we're going to go somewhere else. The bill she brought to us for 2 drinks that were the worst drinks ever was nearly 20$. I was totally appalled that they didn't comp our drinks that we had barely touched and were ready to leave. I have worked in customer service for 20 years now ( manager, supervisor and regular employee) and I would never treat customers the way We were treated that night. This is the last time we will ever hit a red lobster. Way too many problems over the last 3 years EVERY time we go there so we stopped for a while and went back and realized it's just getting worse.
