And no, you will not get your money back. Didn't care if there was a mental health emergency. They sadly only cared about our payment. There is so much hurt for teens and parents alike and is truly sad that places like this take advantage of the difficult times. Everyone will be so nice at first. They'll promise you the best therapeutic experience and help. You'll pay, and all the niceness is gone! You'll have to pay over a $grand at front for DBT and you/your teen will not get back 10 cents worth. You can just get the book and study it yourself. Look elsewhere.
