Ana was put in my life over a year ago after my breast cancer diagnosis. It was caught early and removed, but I needed to learn how to heal myself and how to take care of my heart, body, and mind for the future. Fast forward a year I have achieved my personal goals and beyond. She is beyond a Physical Therapist, Coach, and Healer. I consider her a friend and one of the main tools in my toolbox. She changed my life, and my relationships with my family, friends, and strangers have changed because I have. Everything has so much more meaning and joy each day. She will teach you how to listen to your heart (intuition, gut instinct, etc.) and to trust it. I have learned how to embrace my female energy (I was raised to use mainly my male side) and to accept that life is a rollercoaster of feelings and how to deal with the ups and downs head-on. To feel is to live, good and bad. To know the bad times are just moments and they can pass like a cloud was invaluable. I could write for hours and not repeat myself on the benefits of seeing Ana. Online DBT was chaotic to say the least. They would suddenly cancel DBT therapy on any given day, after we would rush from work to be on time before they counted us as absent and they would count it against our record and is something like 2 strikes and you are out. And no, you will not get your money back. Didn't care if there was a mental health emergency. They sadly only cared about our payment. There is so much hurt for teens and parents alike and is truly sad that places like this take advantage of the difficult times. Everyone will be so nice at first. They'll promise you the best therapeutic experience and help. You'll pay, and all the niceness is gone! You'll have to pay over a $grand at front for DBT and you/your teen will not get back 10 cents worth. You can just get the book and study it yourself. Look elsewhere. You and or your teen deserve better.

I have been smoking for 26 years and to think that Hypnosis would be an answer I would have never…read morebelieved it. I scheduled my appointment for 1 week away. I was scared. But speaking with Mark he let me know the truth right off the bat. He said " I have a magic wand for quitting smoking". I laughed. AS IF !!! And if so why isn't everyone doing this ? Ok so it's now late Friday night and Monday at 11am was my last cigarette and first apt. I wasn't certain at first when I left what was going to happen. I noticed everything he said and could feel and hear everything around me. It's not what we believe or see on tv. This was different. This was success. I have had no withdraws no Illness and not even a desire to smoke. I think about the cigarettes but not wanting them just remembering them. It's only been a couple days but that's a couple more days longer then me using anything else and this time I feel amazing I'm no longer wanting a cigarette or a need to have one as those feelings were taken away in my first session. I feel strong confident and have come to love this new life as a non smoker !!! Quitting smoking does not have to be hard and using Marks Hypnosis three treatment therapy it was so easy to do.
