Through coaching with Alexandra, I've learned how to slow down, listen to God more intentionally, and live from a place of grace and purpose. I feel more grounded, more confident in my calling, and more aligned with the life God is inviting me into. GSCC has been the perfect fit because it blends faith, reflection, and practical growth in such a gentle, life-giving way. I feel more rooted, grounded, and peaceful. Practically, I've learned rhythms of reflection, gratitude, and intentional growth that help me flourish rather than burn out. The encouragement and wisdom from Alexandra have strengthened my confidence to pursue the life God is inviting me into. Most importantly, this experience has shifted my perspective: flourishing isn't about doing more--it's about abiding in Christ and trusting that He is the one who brings the growth. This past year has been a season of quiet transformation--where seeds God planted long ago are finally beginning to bloom.

Don't let the name fool you -- this hippie means business!…read more Megan is a rare breed. She understands the daily stresses of the corporate world from her own days behind a desk. She has made the transition from a "desk job" to a dynamic entrepreneurial lifestyle that highlights her strengths and suits her personal preferences. Many people long to make a significant change in their career and their life, myself included, but very few successfully do so. What Megan did for me is difficult to describe without a long list of superlatives and cliches that make it sound like I am embellishing. But the honest truth is that Megan fundamentally made me a better version of myself. She sets a sterling example for how to live an authentic life with an action-oriented approach. She truly believes in each person's ability to succeed in "the real world" without losing sight of goals, aspirations, values and ideals. She communicates in a way that is incredibly kind and yet strikingly firm - holding up a mirror that challenges you to love yourself, be yourself, and always strive to improve. She means every word she says, follows through on her bold statements, and backs up her talk with a WHOLE lot of walk. Here is the best way I can put it: Megan saved my soul. I was dangerously close to giving up on my dreams and accepting that I was doomed to live my life in a corporate cage. I was an inch away from giving in to the concept that everyone hates their job to a certain extent, and "being realistic" means pushing your desires and passions to the side. Megan showed me that there is another way. She showed me that no matter how bleak or depressing or wonderful things seem, we *always* have the power to choose our own path. She walked side-by-side with me through some of my darkest times. I am proud to call her a friend today and although I am now well-equipped to chart my course, she is still my #1 source for advice and structured guidance when I need it. Saying "yes" to the unknown concept of being coached by this powerful woman was the best decision I've ever made. If you are looking to get in touch with yourself or find yourself... Meet Megan. If you know exactly who you are and what you want, but could use a bit of support or structure or guidance... Meet Megan. If you want to be challenged to take your life to the next level... Meet Megan. You won't regret it!

What does a stay at home mom need a life coach for you ask? Well, for the same reasons that a…read morecorporate executive does! To pinpoint my personal goals and aspirations, and find the solutions to manifest that goal in my life. Usually, we have the answers ourselves, we just need to get out of our own way to see them. That is exactly what Jeff helped me to do! My coaching experience with Jeff began with his assistant sending me a questionnaire to fill out about myself. It covered professional, personal, home life, spiritual life, and physical health among other areas. Although the questionnaire is straightforward, it is sometimes hard it rate areas of your life when you are so used to going through the daily motions of accomplishing things without much reflection. Once we had set our date and time for the coaching session, I anxiously awaited our call. Side note- you can have your sessions in person or over the phone/Skype. The flexibility was key for me as I have little ones at home with me and needed to have my call during naptime. Once the hour long session got under way, Jeff explained the differences between a life coach and licensed therapist, confidentiality agreements, and also the framework of the initial session. I greatly appreciated this being that I admittedly did not have any clue what to expect. Haha Newbie here! While I won't get into specifics about my goals, I will speak on my experience and Jeff's coaching approach. I REALLY loved that the session and all goal setting was completely lead by me and my interests, while also getting observational feedback from Jeff throughout. He confidently stated that his job was to essentially help me to come to my own conclusions. It was very empowering!!!! To hear that we each know in our core what we need to focus on and how to solve our own problems or reach our own goals, we just need guidance in getting there was such an "aha" moment for me. Although I can say if you are not that reflective, I can see how getting coaching from Jeff would be essential!! Jeff also gently pointed out evident personal characteristics that could be contributing to my success (or not!) at accomplishing my goals. And as you know, it can be difficult to face how you contribute to your own failures and successes. Who REALLY wants to look in the mirror? Lol But thankfully, Jeff knew when and when not to push his observations. It was a great balance in my opinion. The season ended with measurable actions I had to proclaim I would do towards achieving the particular goals I'd set. Proclaiming actions that I would take made it easy for me to know exactly what I was going to do in the time between sessions to get closer to achieving my goals. Lastly, Jeff asked me some reflective questions that helped me to mentally recall and summarize the outline of the season. The very last thing was a very simple task of putting 5 things in order of how we prioritize them in our life (self, spouse, family, work, ). I rated them according to my life, and then Jeff reminded me that healthy priorities (in order) are self, spouse, work, family and friends. Such a great reminder that self MUST come first in order to care for the other areas of your life. How do you rate your life's priorities? Maybe you should talk to Jeff about getting them in order and how you can achieve your optimal life! Thank you so much for your coaching Jeff!
