lazy, rough, rushed and rude when i first came to this salon I was impressed and decided to make this my regular salon, after a while I ended up receiving attitude/rolling eyes and huffs and puffs, Ive been declined appointments because I was told I get "long nails" and it takes to long. i've booked new sets multiple times and ended up leaving with a fill due to the laziness. today I had each of my acrylic nails ripped off one by one instead of soaking them. PAINFUL HELLO!!! they're open until 7pm and she rushed through my nails saying she doesn't have time. not to mention I cried in pain from a pedicure with it being "my fault" that I waited to long for getting one but i was declined for a pedicure the time before. by far the worst salon i've been in if you enjoy pain this is the place for you !! personally I like a relaxing experience while getting my nails done. instead i'm always tensed up don't waste your money here read more

Absolutely recommend this nail salon! All of the ladies at Jeena Nails are incredibly friendly and very accommodating with last minute appointments/fills. I went to this place on my lunch for a new set of shellac. She did one layer of base coat, then painted on the white tips, crooked, and then she put one coat of the top coat. I had to ask for another coat of top coat. All this for 40$. The white tips were rushed and they're uneven. She didn't put the cuticle oil on after and no lotion. It was all very rushed and I'm just disappointed. My regular place was booked up, and a lot cheaper, and they do a way better job. The place is also dirty, all the supplies and machines are dirty. Very nice staff at Jeena's. They are quick & give you beautiful, good quality nails. I strongly suggest they hire someone to work the front desk, so the nail technicians are not having to leave their client to answer the phone constantly. I wasn't in an pain (from the filing etc) and I showed them what I wanted and the copies it exact. I will go here again for my fill. And highly recommend this place to others. Please do not believe F L's comments. This Spa have 4 technicians working regularly. As the price its $27 for a regular pedicure, shellac pedi for $42, and occasionally they give me free designs. Its the cheapest and highest quality service spa I've ever been to. They are honest and hard working people. Best service hands down. Worst customer service. I called ahead of time to see what the best time to come in to get my eyebrows waxed would be or to make an appointment. The lady on the phone told me to come in at 2:30 and that I wouldn't need an appointment because it was just for a quick eyebrow wax. I drove 15 minutes to get there and went in at 2:30 like she told me too and she proceeded to tell me that they were too busy to take me and said I could not get them done. I then reminded her that she told me to come in at 2:30 and she basically called me a liar saying she told me to call before I came in. She did not even apologize for turning me away. They clearly are taking on more than they can do. If you can't take people because you are busy then don't tell everyone to come in. I would've understood more if I would have gotten an apology but the lady did not seem to care. Will not be returning. Thankfully someone else took me in as it was only a couple days before New Year's Eve. read more

They didn't have enough people working so they kept switching between clients. 2 hours for a half decent pedicure. Won't be back. Cut both of us to the point that we both bled. I asked to have my nails cut shorter and she did one pass with the nail file - not even enough to make a difference and then overcharged us. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. read more

I am very disappointed in this nail salon! As we all know Christmas is a very busy time of year which is why I booked an appointment 3 Weeks in advance I usually always book 2 weeks prior but this time I wanted To guarantee to have my nails done in time for Christmas. I booked for a shellac manicure and pedicure for December 23rd at 330 pm. When I arrived I had to wait for 30 minutes before they finally took me, they usually are always late which I understand they could get busy but what is the point in booking an appointment...right? They finally started my Mani at 4 as I was sitting there walk in clients kept coming in and they were taking everyone I realized that all 4 pedicure chairs were taken and I'm thinking to myself they better finish fast because I have another appointment I have to be at and can't wait around, they finished my manicure and said I was all done I explained I booked for a pedicure as well the argued and said I was only booked in for a manicure regardless I wanted my pedicure they then lifted my foot and and started my pedicure at the manicure chair I did not go there to be uncomfortable and rushed I wanted a nice relaxing manicure and pedicure so I explained to them I want to Sit in the pedicure chair they finally finished a men's pedicure started mine and rushed though it. One week later my nails were all chipped, they usually Last 2-3 weeks I did not even bother going back I have had many bad experiences here and always say ill give it another shot but this was the last time I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! read more
