Everything is made from scratch. I watched her cut the french fries and hand bread fish for the order in front of me. We talked for a while and she told me how she gets there super early every day to prep, smoke meats and make all of the sides fresh daily. It was so good I went back the next day. It was before noon on Saturday and she wasn't "open" but was there scrubbing. She stopped what she was doing and said, "No problem, I can make something for you." And she did! She could have easily told me sorry...and I would have understood. But, she didn't. Where do you find that kind of service these days. She has really put her heart into this place. The mac n' cheese was as good as mom makes and the baked beans were LOADED with flavor. She even makes her own side sauces. The owner does everything on her own. It is truly a one woman operation. She said that she can get backed up, so calling ahead with your order is appreciated. She offers specials throughout the week. She told me within the next few weeks (this is Spring 2016) fresh made ice-cream and shakes will be a daily offering. All of the equipment is being set up. It has that old roadside American charm and reminds me of places you find out West in the middle of nowhere. If you are a local, you will immediately be reminded of a food truck at Rogers. The difference here is the quality and care is above and beyond. Give this place a try, even if it is out of the way, and you will NOT be disappointed. A great lady with great food. This place gets my highest recommendation.

THE most amazing steak I've ever had, this hidden gem is 100% worth a stop!

Immediately got seated and drinks, then after a few minutes we placed our orders and waited. Two other tables arrive and get seated, the cook comes out and explains to the table next to ours that he didn't like the look of the plate and apologized for the time and was remaking the order. Fifteen minutes goes by and one of the tables that came in after we placed our order received their meal. Then the table next to ours with the mistake received their food order. Now, I ordered the Hash Smash Hash, a simple plate which sounded interesting. What I got was smashed deep fried tater tots with a greasy egg over easy, a frozen burger patty with no seasoning. Topped with thousand island dressing and served barely warm. Now, I was told by friends how great these burgers are. Sadly enough, an unseasoned frozen burger patty that is not smashed at all is a complete disappointment. We had the smash plate, grilled cheese and fries, a coffee, and a soda which costs over $30 and burping grease all day. As cute as this place was decorated, it is definitely not worth the money for the lack of quality.

Washington location, parking was a bit of a challenge, but we managed to find a spot. I drove two hours from out-of-state and was really hoping it was going to be a nice dinner. We were greeted immediately and with enthusiasm. It was "music bingo" night and was already getting busy, but we found a fantastic table on the patio, under the awning, overlooking the marina. It was quieter than inside but still had a nice buzz about it. The weather was perfect for eating outside. After dinner there was a quick rain-shower, but the awning did its job and we weren't interrupted or sent running! We were attended to quickly and soon drinks and various appetizers were served. A little later we had our main courses of assorted wings and a burger. Nobody had any complaints about the food whatsoever. It was all well-executed American tavern food; unpretentious, honest, and delicious! We were there for a bit over an hour and a few different servers checked with us regularly. Fresh drinks and extra napkins were provided as needed and the servers always had good energy and smiles. We were never rushed and were made to feel very welcomed. Overall I loved the whole experience. The service, atmosphere, food, and prices were all excellent. If you are looking for a solid tavern experience with a nice riverside location, I highly recommend you give Bingham Bridgewater a try.

Parking behind the building was easy and I got a table right away. Everyone was so friendly. My server Karen was especially nice, attentive, and patient, giving me her opinion on several dishes. The food came quickly. The quality and quantity of food was an amazing value. I tried the Eggs N'at ($12.50) which included 2 eggs, 3 bacon strips, country potatoes, bread (I had cinnamon raisin), and a pancake. I upgraded my pancake to the monthly special - peaches and pecans. Everything was so delicious! To top it off, I enjoyed their music playlist. I wish they were closer to me in the SF Bay Area!

Please see my attached photos for the menu in July 2025. Customers may either dine in or get takeout. My husband and I sat at an indoor table of our choosing. An outdoor deck also had seating. Our waitress spoke very nicely with us. We had a bit of a wait for our foods, but it was a busy weekend morning. I ate the Mama Evans' Blueberry-Bacon Pancakes. Three pancakes contained both blueberries and bacon pieces and tasted both sweet and savory. I personally prefer blueberry pancakes and a side of bacon, but I appreciated trying this unique mixture. My husband ate a Ham-Cheese Omelet with sides of chunky homefries and toasted bread. He liked it. We shared a half-sized Not Your Mama's Sausage Gravy and Biscuits. The spicy gravy was balanced with the slightly sweet biscuit. My husband said, "I'm glad we got it. It has good flavor." We both drank orange juice. The total price was $43 plus a tip.
