Make sure you mark, spray paint whatever you have to do to clarify communications. My mistake in thinking they could do the job I asked them to do. Very disappointed, I still have trees taller than the house, I rec'd all pruned trees which will only get taller and cause more damage. It's why I needed them shorter in the first place after one fell on my car. The estimate we received was less than two others that we had gotten. They arrived promptly both for the estimate and the day of service. They had bucket trucks to use for the large branches over our house and to get to the top of the trees. They also climbed in our other trees to remove dead branches. They left some firewood for us and even cut it in 18-inch lengths. They repaired divots in the ground from where the huge pieces of the oak fell. Overall, a very good experience.
