Then I found out the roofing company was able to come so we needed the trees along the side of the house trimmed prior to the roofing company coming. They had a mix up and cut down my spruce. They did not charge me for the work. I asked for them to reimburse me to replace the spruce. Which they said they would do but it's been a month and no reimbursement. Update 10/23/23- they dropped off a check today to replace the tree. Changed 2 stars to 4 stars
