He drives around looking for work and may leave unsolicited estimates to do work. I have a signed paid contract from 6/29/16 to remove a tree and he has avoided it even after much dialogue with him. He always promised to do it but never followed through. I last heard from him in July and there's always an excuse why he couldn't do the job. I let him know on 9/1 I would be writing a review for him and his service to a site No response. I know other neighbors who have had issues with him returning and doing work as well.
